I believe they do for existing customers mate, otherwise its £8.95, I'd imagine cheaper on the bay

Fyi when you unlock phones from CEX the warranty gets voided because technically it is no longer the same product as you bought on the system. Not sure how often we actually check this though.......

Yep!


Doesn't cover accidental or water damage. Only stuff like displays, batteries and sound issues. The warranty can be voided if it is deemed that the owner has damaged the product. E.g if you have a removable back phone and the battery dies but the back is broken, warranty is void
