It was out in the USA a while ago as the Ronseal Moto Stylus.

Apart from offering a small plastic toothpick and a place to put it, it seems a little expensive for the rest of the spec, and from the reviews, I don't think the Stylus is as clever as the Samsung one.

TL;Dr - Check reviews before buying to see if it's right for you, I think.

Na, specs didn't blow me away, just seemed an interesting thing
The stylus on this is nothing close to something like the Galaxy Notes, it's pretty much just a standard stylus you could use on any other phone

if anyone is considering this as a alternative to a Galaxy note then I would probably just get a Note instead as the difference would be night and day
Just seen this video review:

The pen on this moto doesn't compare to the S-Pen and Samsung's technology. But it's a nice addition for simple tasks and annotations. Not bad, maybe at £250 could be a very interesting little companion to a Samsung's note. Bookmarked anyway.
I'll stick with my DIY Redmi Note 5 Stylus - a free pen I got from a sales rep that has a rubber touch pad on it and it stores away in my shirt pocket
Moto really lost the plot here not calling it the stylus Pro,
4gb ram for close to £300

Motorola showing that once again they have lost the plot

Jokers!

Sounds like a plan.
I'd expect the price on this to drop pretty quickly, it's a niche interest even when fully implemented like on a Note, as mentioned earlier this has pretty limited extra value to a standard touchscreen. Wait for a bargain if you want one.

Hmm, G8 Plus for £150 or this for an extra £140? That's an expensive stylus.

Thanks, What the camera like on them? Ive an ancient Axon 7, that has OIS and Dolby, which many phones do not have.

The G7 Plus had OIS, the next generation traded it for a higher resolution camera. Not sure about the Dolby, nor the objective merits of it anyway.

I liked my G7 Plus from Motorola but at this price I'd rather go for Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro at £229 currently on Amazon or £249 normally. amazon.co.uk/Xia…1-5

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has some decent specs for the price and is a serious contender for my next phone when my I switch sims to someonme other than 3, and if I decide to swap my G7 plus with a phone bought outright.

Snapdragon 720G
6GB ram
64GB storage
5020mAh battery
6.67" 1080p
64MP ultra-high resolution primary camera, 8MP ultra wide-angle camera, 5MP macro camera, 2MP depth sensor
Dua sim and SD card (at the same time)
