Motorola MBP 482 XL (not to be confused with the standard MBP 482 with the 2.4" screen).
A half decent baby monitor for under £50, i know i know, people would rather use a Yi Home camera etc however with the Yi camera you have the connection time, whereas with a dedicated baby monitor you can keep it on standby constantly and be ready in a second or so. There are peoples views that the battery time is rubbish in portable mode, however what you can do is switch off the video screen and listen to the audio and switch the video on to view when you want to check on baby

Good price, voted hot. Yes, I know a cheap camera and a phone can do almost the same thing and will cost less. But a designated monitor is always better.
Ive been looking at this but can't decide whether to get this one or the vtech. Same price but smaller screen although does come with the talk back feature. Any opinions on best one?

I was looking at this too, so I've reserved the Motorola for now. I cant find any other information regarding the vtech online
We have this one and It’s brilliant. Been using for a year now and no issues at all. It’s very sensitive to sound.
Ordered, sending phone only ones back tbh
We have this, overall it's very good. Only complaint is that the camera isn't very wide angle, so it can be tricky to find a suitable spot to place the camera if your room is small.
Looks decent and a good price. Ordered
