nice presentation donkey hot
I had this for less than a month from John Lewis.. I should have listened to the reviews as the battery life on this is pathetic. Overall a good product but the battery life is very poor. Even when in charge cannot hold its power. Such a shame. Price wise I wouldn't know if it's worth being HOT but I can definetly vote it COLD on basis of quality.

Batteries on all these kinds of devices are short lived just like on mobiles. Until a new battery technology is discovered. All devices in all industries will be the same. I have to charge my toothbrush for 16 hours to get 8 minutes use. my handheld vacuum for 3 hours for 6 minutes use.
Haven't voted either way

I charge my toothbrush once a month for an hour and my Vax cordless lasts 50 minutes on a 3 hour charge. You're obviously buying low quality items.

Philips and Dyson. What brand and model are you using please? I'm obviously buying the "wrong" items!
I bought YI 1080p IP camera and Cry detection works fine. £36.

My toothbrush lasts about a month too. Pretty sure it's also Phillips. I had a Gtec handheld vacuum and it lasted ages, until my OH washed it!! We thought we'd try a Dyson one but battery life no where near as good, although longer than 6 mins! You must have the boost function on. My phone also lasts 2 days after about 30mins charge! It's a OnePlus.
Was close to buying one of these type of video monitors (not this specific one though) but I was put off by how bad the video quality was on all different brands angelcare etc you’re better off sticking with the normal sound and movement and buying an IP camera such as TENVIS where the video quality is HD and has 2 way audio. When you’re done using it for baby monitor you can use it for home security.

Had Notifications off so missed this... We ended up getting the BT Video Baby Monitor 6000 from John Lewis. Much better quality and battery. Down side is the camera has to be wired to plug and its not able to be seen on phone. Overall prefer this and happy with it.
