Same deal available on laptopsdirect also
hotukdeals.com/dea…864

Double the warranty period for £7 more

Personally, I think I'd opt for the longer warranty and dealing with JL for the price difference and considering the customer service of appliances direct and laptops direct it makes it a no brainer in my book.

Yes the best price but certainly not the best overall deal in my book.

What customer service ?

John Lewis : uk.trustpilot.com/rev…com

AppliancesDirect: uk.trustpilot.com/rev….uk

And from what I've read on Google that 2 year guarantee is not worth the paper its written on.

1st mistake was to use 'trustpilot' as a source of evaluation of a companies quality of service.

reviews.co.uk/com…lot - added for the amusement factor.

If you read user comments on places like HUKD and other shopping sites, the user opinion is generally positive for JL. I've never purchased from JL but I'm well aware about how highly regarded the company is in terms of their C/S.

Why the cold?. Good deal for a good phone. I ought mine straight from Motorola for 159 with techs warranty and a £10 off code

Probably because of the misleading picture - the deal is for the standard phone - picture is of the plus version - with finger print sensor.
since Lenovo made it expect issues I got a new one and keep rebooting each day about 3times
