Is this better than su6?
Thanks in advance.
No idea, what that is. What swung this one for me was a combination of price, good battery life, optional fast charger which I have purchased at £25, allowing a 6 hour charge in 15 minutes!!! and DUAL SIM which is awesome so I dont have to carry an additional business phone. I guess you need to look at the spec and what you need!
one of these or a Chinese phone? seems to be a good choice of them on here
This is NOT a 5.5" phone. Only 4G Plus version is 5.5". Check it out at motorola's own website

Sorry, but it is a 5.5". The plus version is the same size, just a couple of other extra features, fingerprint scanner and better camera, can also come with bigger RAM if want.

Wrong! They are both 5.5 inch -- Moto 4G just has better camera really

Check specs at GSM arena and everywhere really... like Amazon etc
You can Flubit the Amazon link at £159 to be get it for around £144-145 delivered

Check out Flubit if you havent used it before - I've used Flubit a couple of times and the items come straight from Amazon! but at at cheaper price

The plus version is the same size, but comes with RAM/ storage options upto a humungous 4GB/64GB. The camera is also improved with laser focus on the plus and there's a fingerprint scanner.

This or the LG Nexus 5X? It's an extra £30 but a much newer handset...
Seems a bit expensive compared to how the original moto G was priced and to the equally capable and often £100 priced SU6. No doubt tesco or asda will come out with some sort of £125 deal. Maybe the camera is slightly better than the su6, this also has a gyroscope for you cardboard fans, no NFC though unlike SU6. Smart ultra 7 looks like a step backwards, as many feared with its crap battery life, somehow poorer screen and camera and dodgy mediatek chipset.

Would recommend this phone, I have the plus version but if you have no need for better camera this is ideal. Can't fault it yet, only thing missing for some people is NFC and android pay. Top phone was considering S6 saved a lot of dosh without loosing any significant functionality that I would miss. Hot deal, great find!

I have a 5x, usb C annoys me, seemed like a good idea at the time, and no wireless charging - I just assumed it had before purchasing. Camera also seems slower (compared to my old SU6) and no microsd so I'm now wishing I went for the 32gb model (actually I'm wishing I bought another SU6). I'd probably for for this.

The new Moto G4 may seem expensive but its much faster than previous models - Twice as fast as last year even the 2gb version... Check the Geekbench score

Managed to get this for £126 at debenhams. Upgrading from an SU6. Do you guys think it's worth the change? Was interested in extra cores, marshmallow, future upgrades, 5ghz wireless, tougher screen, better camera etc.
I wonder will it be cheaper on Prime Day...

Yes it will be worth it for most of those reasons, especially where software upgrades are concerned. I'm not sure what you mean by extra cores? The SD617 SOC is only slightly different to the SD615 SOC in the SU6, both utilise octa-core A53 CPU's.
Looking for a good android phone with a smaller screen, any suggestions?

I keep looking for a 'smaller' phone,5 inches is now smallish I think. I keep looking at the Sony z5 compact, there's a deal on this site,I was looking earlier. Seems to have a good write up. Let me know if you find anything else better!
Is it dual sim? that sentence on the selected regions sounds a bit odd to me. Thanks All. A

this or the X Play?
There's a few reference's to SU6 on here?.

I initially thought Samsung S6?, but the £100 referenced for the SU6 made me doubtful otherwise?, lol.

So, anyone, what Phone is the SU6?, thanx. :-)

thanks for reply. for some reason i thought the SU6 was quad core! it's starting to get a big laggy but may need a reset, fancied a change anyway, had the SU6 for about a year now.

I am in the same boat. I bought a Moto X Play and am struggling to get to grips with the size of it. The Moto G is a bit bigger still. I thought 5" was too big when I bought my Moto G Gen 2 but got used to it. I have a feeling I am going to struggle with the 5.5" though. The Z5 compact but I want dual SIM. The Moto X can be sent back as it's from Amazon.... pondering.
Great phone. I've moved from an iphone 5s to this. The screen size is fantastic, and the thing is QUICK !! And no bloat. For the price you'll struggle to get a better phone.
I've been looking at buying either this or a honor 7. Does anybody know what phone would be better to get?

Camera might make it more worthwhile. Can't see advantage of 5ghz on a phone, has poorer signal penetration compared to 2.4. might suffer from less interference though, not like you'll be viewing 4k content. Also has no NFC, so no android pay. Not seen camera but might be better and you get marshmallow. I went from a SU6 to a 5x as mine broke, doesn't feel like an upgrade, especially poor battery life.
