*** Same price at John Lewis including a 2yr warrenty if you prefer ***
thanks to HotBot & russ below for pointing out.

Looking for a budget phone for my sons first phone, he'll mostly use it for spoitfy, youtube watching and recording, whattsapp. This seems like a good deal but lots around at the moment, feel free to let me know if there are better deals!

Will probably get something like an IDmobile low end sim to go with it.

When was it £134? Been looking at this for a bit and not seen it at that price.

oh ok.. I looked yesterday and saw it at the higher price as I need to buy a few (20) of these for work reasons. Now the decision if to wait to see if it comes back down to the £134 or buy now
They put it up to be the same as John Lewis price.
The battery life is amazing though... As has previously been said, same price on John Lewis with 2-year guarantee
Decent phone for a 12 year-old's first phone for Xmas?? No gaming just an everyday phone.....or a tad heavy?

Great phone, I've bought my 11yo son one for his birthday and for going to big school, the rapid charging is a big selling point for me!
Does anyone recon they'll go lower? Phone is smashed (3T) and need another but not sure if I wait for better. Was looking at the G8 but this is £100 less (not a student)
This has been £99 (existing customers) £109 (new customers) on giffgaff for the last week. It's on sale for £139 everywhere!

Depends what you are wanting Moto G7 range is pretty solid and are decent phones.

I recently bought Samsung A20e for £109 which has a better camera(s) and NFC but less battery life (but still has fast charging).
Got mine from Very for £90 using the £50 off code... Arrived yesterday, very happy with it so far.

I too got one from GiffGaff for £99... have to say (as an iPhone stalwart) I’m really impressed by the features of this phone...
Fantastic value IMO.
Anyone know if it does WiFi calling? Can't find it in the settings anywhere?
Am very impressed with this phone. But 4G signal is weaker than my last phone when in the same locations. Anyone else notice this?

I’m getting no signal at all at home with 3, never tried a 3 sim here before though so hard to compare.

also found out that WiFi calling on three only works if the phone is bought from three :-/ looks like WhatsApp calling for me for 12 months!
Just got a black dual SIM one delivered from Amazon Italy for 113 GBP for Xmas. EUR price was 139 but came in at 136 after the delivery promotion was added.

That's not always the case, it's usually down to phones they have sold and then approved for WiFi calling. I recently got a Xiaomi Redmi note 8t that I got from eglobal and it works fine for WiFi calling on three
