I am planning to convert to Android after seeing this in John Lewis today . I am impressed
Is the back glossy plastic?
Excellent phone, excellent price.
Good spot OP, many thanks.

Is the back glossy plastic?

Yes. Had a play with one in Carphone Warehouse...... Very responsive though 4gb and fairly decent processor.

It's big but looks pretty nice imo

If battery life is important then this is best option for under £200. Think it's too big for me though

I have a Nokia 6.1 - 4GB/64GB now. I don't think the Moto will be an improvement.

Thank you . I am still thinking shall I get this because my other phone is running out of battery within 8 hours
Just to say if anyone uses Quidco you will also get 2% I know which is nothing but will save another £2.98 if they track the cash back
I wouldn't get this from eglobal, I just don't trust them

Yup, point being you can't trust trustpilot, or to put it another way, people leave negative reviews, less people leave positive reviews. Simple.
Bizarrely my comment saying my 5 y. o Sony Z3 is still working from eglobal was deleted for profanity. Unbelievable.
But had no problem with eglobal

It's highly unlikely that John Lewis will outright refuse to repair, replace or refund your device if anything went wrong with it, incompetent they maybe but I doubt they're dishonest liars or trading standards would be all over them

Oh no, you have it wrong iain, I'm not comparing the two as companies, I'm simply saying you can't trust trustpilot to give you the full story.

I'll agree that people are more likely to complain about negative experiences than praise for positive ones. Positive experiences are what should be expected as default. As I've said before I'm glad I now know about people's experiences with John Lewis as I'll also stay clear of then. But at least John Lewis have to trade to certain legal standards as a UK based company and you also have the option of visiting a store to sort any problems out

Let’s agree to disagree my fellow hotukdealers . I have just ordered and be with all the cash back and points it will come out around £144.00 and if this comes bad and they don’t give me return, I will claim it back on my credit card . by the way , I have hardly ever left any feedback anywhere . Even if I had very bad experience, I have sorted it out with the supplier or vendor itself

Not on Trustpilot, good service should be the standard expected. I have on TripAdvisor. I get where you're coming from sometimes when you've received appalling treatment the only way to hit back at a company is to let others know of your experiences, it is then up to the people that read it to decide if they want to deal with that company. I've read hundreds of reviews of things over the years, read the positive and negative and then make my own call
