It's kinda back down in price but you need to pay shipping costs, also have no idea how to get to show £199 in basket!.. Anyone know this will automatically change during secure checkout?..

Overview

The Motorola X Play continues to promote a pure Android experience, ensuring you always have the latest updates available, and have an efficient and easy to use environment.

High Quality Camera

Everyone now wants to be able to take increasingly good photos with their smart phone, thereby eliminating the need to carry a separate camera. Motorola, with the X Play, has seriously improved the camera performance of their X range by incorporating a 21 MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture. This enables it to capture more light and to provide you with a superior photo.

To ensure your photos have warm textures a colour correlated temperature (CCT) flash with dual LEDs is provided. This, along with the many other capabilities of the camera including burst and night modes, along with automatic HDR, means you are always going to get great shots.

If you like to capture movies you will be pleased to hear the X Play features full HD1080p video recording at 30 fps. It is also has the ability to take slow motion video giving you the chance to unlock your creativity.

Design

The Motorola X Play is a great looking smartphone which can be easily customised to your own individual look. This is thanks to the ability to exchange both the back cover and accents which is the edging around the camera lens. Now you can have a phone which looks just how you want it to.

Being able to customise your phone is great, but if you are an adventurous type, you want to know the phone can cope with your daily life. As such Motorola have applied a water-repellent coating to the X Play which gives it additional protection inside and out. This enables you to enjoy your phone without ever having to worry about it.

Performance

The specification of the Motorola X Play, like the design, is impressive. It features a powerful 1.7 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 Octa-core CPU and 2GB RAM. This gives you the ability to play all the latest games and to have numerous apps running at the same time, improving your ability to get things done.

Not only is the processor fast, it is also efficient. This means that when you factor in the high capacity 3630 mAh battery, you have a phone which will last though the entire day. In fact Motorola claim battery life of approximately 30 hours, depending on your usage.

With 16GB of internal storage you should have sufficient space for most needs, but if this is not enough for you it is possible to supplement this with, up to, 128 GB of storage by adding a micro SD card.

Display & Sound

When playing games, watching movies and using apps you want a large screen to be able to properly enjoy them. With the X Play, Motorola has included a 5.5” Full HD display. This means you can enjoy all of your content in full high-definition 1080p resolution, bringing it to life with bright vibrant colours.

To fully immerse yourself in your content you not only need great visuals you also need sound with the ability to impress. The front facing speaker on the X Play offers powerful directed sound compared to other phones' downward-facing or rear speakers.

Connectivity

With Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/g/b/n (dual band capability) and 4G/LTE, you know that no matter what you wish to do it will be possible. This gives you the ability to take advantage of Wi-Fi when available and also 4G/LTE connectivity in compatible areas.

Quick Customisation

With its ability for easily customisation the X Play can be changed to reflect you as an individual.

Motorola are offering an extensive range Backs and Accents in various colours.

Already £198 and no P&P at Handtec...not sure there's a reason to go with Clove? Maybe cashback rates help lower cost?
How does a one plus two compare?

Is Handtec measurably better than Clove?
£20 more on amazon. Rather go there than some dodgy website like this
Shows as 200 if you click the black version, white is normal price
I am a bit underwhelmed by the X Play. Yes, it is cheaper, but they have also taken out a lot of features, so this is no longer a top phone. I would expect to see better prices in the near future.

Clove is not a dodgy website - they're an established handset retailer.

This is the Play, not Style (considerably more expensive!)
I wish the style would get some discounts!
