Huh? They're using Samsung chip? I would of prefer Snapdragon, avoid.
Interesting offer, as those buds, are one of only 2 sets that I know of, that have real class 1 BT 5 chips in them, so they can connect up to about 350ft or so, that alone, especially to some wandering about in the Gym or doing the garden maybe, means, no need to have your smartphone in your pocket!

The Moto OV also looks interesting for the money, as it has no nasty notch, like the last moto's, going to be an interesting time, to see if this sells, especially with that new Exynos in it, as its pretty tasty and no slouch!
Seems to have crap battery life 67 not good for heavy users then

In all fairness its 269 quid with 128 gig storage not the best battery life aint a massive issue and most reviews i have seen says it will last a day with average use, lets face it u r not going to be doing heavy gaming on something on this spec
This looks intriguing. This an upgrade to my s7 edge?
You can get the Xiaomi Mi 9 for ~£320 now @Aliexpress and the likes.

For an extra £50 you get:
AMOLED screen
Snapdragon 855 - Antutu 370k

The exynos chip on this is roughly as powerful as an SD 660 - Antutu 140k

Interesting modern hole punch LCD screen. Android updates for 3 years. They are the biggest selling points of this phone. It isn’t the best bang for your buck imo.
does this have wireless charging?

From what I've been reading, unfortunately not.
The Pixel 3a is about the same price if you flog the freebie Chromebook. Less storage, but OLED display, 3 years of updates and one of the best cameras in the market.

I usually prefer the hole punch camera tons notch, but that thing is huge and stretches out the notification bar as a result. It's not a deal-breaker, especially on a 21:9 longphone, but it does seem to undermine the idea of having a hole punch in the first place relative to a phone with a notch or simply a regular bezel that lose less screen real estate overall.
For reference, here's an overlay of the holes from the One Vision and the Honor View 20, both using LCD displays.

With that said, still a solid phone for this price bracket, although competition is extremely hot with phones like the Xiaomi Mi 8, Galaxy A50 and Pocophone all falling between into the £250-£300 range now. I think you'd have to really like something about the Vision to justify choosing it over one of those phones.

For me its android one thats it, eg WhatsApp hack the other day advice was ensure you are the latest Android security patches to ensure being protected says it all to me. I am currently on pixel xl so security runs out in October so will more than likely buy this or a nokia as even the new pixels to me ate over priced
37666652-43wwM.jpgLog in with a student account to lenovo (via student beans) and get 10% off, bringing the price down to £242.99!

I couldn't find this phone through the main navigation of the student website (only lists the old moto one) so added "gbeducation/" to the URL of the new phone after /gb/en/ then it took me to the discounted version.

So the full URL for me is: lenovo.com/gb/…0MN

The Mi 9 is the best deal for £350, might be too big for you though. If so, the Mi 9 SE might be better.

Smaller phones are getting rarer and rarer unfortunately.

Nokia is a subsidiary of HMD, a Chinese company. Nokia isn’t safe either.

HMD independent of Nokia, only licensee of the brand for smartphone market (though with headquarters across the road in Espoo, Finland)
