Nice find edi. Cashback is usually 100% certain with these guys because of their good highstreet reputation.

I can undercut that by a tenner ]here.

Maybe so, but the minutes are only off-peak to other o2 mobiles. On edi's deal you get 200 x-net mins and 300 texts every month.

Also the cashback from CarPhoneWarehouse is a little bit more reliable too.

Thanks CJ

As ducky points out, the Carphonewarehouse deal is better

200 x-net mins & 300 texts / month. Free returns to any local CPW store in case of any problems. 60 days cashback claim period with CPW compared to e2save's 30 days.

Also, you can trade-in your old mobile at CPW and get up to £20 back (£20 for old pay-mothly mobile & £10 for PAYG mobile) ;-)

Please could somebody explain to me how this deal works as I am a little confused.

Do you pay a monthy fee and then claim it back as well as paying the £30 for 4 months for the virgin contract.

You pay the monthly fee of £30 for the 12 months and at specified intervals you send "claims" to The CarPhoneWarehouse consisting of your bill and a form/cover letter (depending on company) at certain times. They'll send you a cheque for each claim. Eventually you will have £240 in cheques - equivalent to 8 months line rental which you've already paid to Vodafone. So it's like having 8 months of the 12 month contract for "free". For the last 4 months you don't pay any more, just the £30 per month which you were paying before your cashback anyway.

I hope that's understandable. Full claim details should arrive with your new handset.
