No cashback for Amazon

Nice price, but waiting for the Transformer Prime in the new year.

Thanks to OP for this post. Saved me £20

I just ordered from Amazon a couple of days ago @ £320.00

Due for delivery tomorrow, so I rang Amazon and complained that price had come down even before I had the thing delivered! They credited my account the difference

I love Amazon.

Great tab and a great price.

I am as well. I think they are difficult to split, unless you want the keyboard with the Transformer.

Only thing that puts me off with the eee pad is the apparent trouble it has playing back video smoothly where as the xoom has no problems

Similar deal (£289.95 delivered) at Simply Electronics - but they are banned from HUKD!

http://www.****/mainproduct.php?pid=13556

good to see price coming down. £250 - £300 is the max I would pay for any tablet!

tbh i would pick the eee pad transformer over this due to motorola being useless at updates.

or just wait a bit longer after the prime is out and the price will drop further.

Google now has motorola so maybe they will get updates quicker ?

when the prime is released will the rest just drop prices of their tablets on mass?

what the hell are the likes of samsung and Motorola gonna do as they are already struggling to sell units.

why are simply electronic banned?

Was going to wait until after Christmas, but ordered.
HotUKDeals is both brilliant and a curse!

Seems many have experienced delivery problems, check out
hotukdeals.com/mis…e=5

Had this: returned after 1 day due to it being quite poo.
Eepad: bought & sold on ebay as couldn't do office work on.
For browsing id buy eepad but still quite pants!

Where is the code please?

Cheap, but not cheap enough. I am certain this was around £280 for a period of time at Best Buy a couple of months back... drop to £200 then I'll buy three of em.

Amazed that the stores and the manufacturers haven't reduced them as much as they should.
They seem to be hanging on hoping people WILL splash out obscene prices for unnecessary things like this.

tried this and the asus transformer the other day, the asus seemed much smoother and looked sharper. it can be had for 299 (might have only been 16GB though) so i know which id buy if i were buying right now
personally IF you can wait a month or two then these prices should drop again due to new quad cores being released, if you must buy now then its a good price and the quads are prolly overkill for browsing anyways

Simply Electronic - That is why.

You'll be paying customs+taxes etc.

Read their terms & conditions.

Heard about someone buying an £500 AV-Amp that came with a dint.
Cost a fortune returning as SE do not have any warranty in the UK, just a UK contact number.

You'll hope you get your goods and refunds etc.

Look on youtube.

As for comparing this with the Asus, you need to ensure they are both on the same Android version as 3.1 made Honeycomb far smoother for both Tablets. Really there should not be any difference as spec wise, they are identical.

For goodness sake just but an iPad.
