Never going to be worth the RRP of £1,936 which is a complete joke. However, for £200 ish, might be alright.

I’d rather get this for a bit more. At least you’d know what you’re buying.

Not really a like for like comparison

Don't think I'd want to hit a bump and go forward on that thing , could be a painful trip to a & e lol

With the spec more like an £800 bike not £1,900

What a joke of a deal this is... As stated by others you would be better of getting a cheap bike from halfords or eBay. This deal is a made cheap to sell cheap bike and it's poor specs show it. And it will be very heavy.

Total trash, and I hate bike snobs, but really this is a poor buy.

Nope the Carrera is probably a decent bike. I'm afraid the OPs bike isn't worth the asking price let alone the made up rrp. Just look at the parts used, very cheapest Shimano components and everything is unheard of brands.

The Carrera bike also uses Shimano gears. Shimano makes gears for almost all bikes, AFAIK. This looks superb & those wheels... Heat added.

My mate Lee, reckons this is one of the best bikes you can buy.

This is for riding on snow, ie, ski resort slopes, so the specs are rather different from a bike going on a road or trail.

I see a few people riding this type of bike on the road, and I equate them to "The Donald"; it is not what they are meant for.

Looks like a supermarket bike. Lack of details worrying. £200 looks like the cost pre supermarket discount.

Not just snow, perfect for sand & dirt/mountain trails etc...

Awful bike, this is not worth £200. As for the geometry.....who would be comfortable riding this properly. This is terrible.
If this was taken on any proper MTB trail it would be smashed to bits.

The specs are terrible, but it's not a bad price for a fat bike I suppose. They're designed to be ridden on sand and snow.

Oddly, it looks mountain bike-sized in some pictures, but more like a BMX in others, yet there is only one size to choose from.

Here's a review by a pro mountain-biker:

All I think when I see anyone riding these fat tyre bikes on the road thinking they look cool is ... kn0b.

That's a review of a fat bike, but not this one. Probably a high end one.

They might be on their way to a mountain-side adventure? Easy to judge someone by looking at their wheels, eh?

Yes they do. And these are their very cheapest attached to bike made from the very cheapest componentry available. It's nearly worth the price being asked for it.

I haven't seen those lever shifters since i was little.

If you get me that bike in the review for £200 I will come collect it from you. No pro rider would even call this item a bike, let alone review it. Maybe open your eyes next time to watch a video.

Review of a similar looking fat bike* is what I meant. All the reviews for this particular bike on youtube are either from Russia or Austria, wish I could translate them... But the reviews from buyers on Light in the box seem positive.

It’s not similar in the slightest, that’s like saying a Fiat Panda is similar to a Porsche 911 because they both have a steering wheel and 4 tyres. It was a completely different bike, with different components. The video was just a waste of time.

Because I am asking the RRP for them: 1 Soul + P&P

"Similar looking" is what I said. There's a deal running on spec savers eye test, might be helpful?

English grammar is the way in which meanings are encoded into wordings in the English language. This includes the structure of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences, right up to the structure of whole texts. There are historical, social, cultural and regional variations of English.

Go back to Benefits Street. Maybe you would fit in riding this “bike” too.
Clearly you don’t know when to admit you have made a mistake (or several). You linked the wrong bike, you complained about the spelling of Soul and then said it should be spelt sole (as in single or the bottom of a shoe) and then you said Grammar is spelt incorrectly, it pains me to speak to people as ignorant as you, so I will stop.

I thought oil disc brake meant they were hydraulic but you can clearly see the cable attached to them so only mechanical. The front shifter is non indexed yet the price is normally 1800! They are clearly the entry level Tourney shifters. Low end solid axles in the wheels. Seems slightly overpriced for what it is.

Only an idiot would post such pointless gibberish to defend their own spelling standard. You, my friend, have just earned a place in my ignore-list!
