Excellent price amibees, voted hot. Next online price is £26.49 @ dvd.co.uk

I used to love the Mr Men... What am I saying? I still do! Little Miss wasn't a patch though I'm sorry to say.

And since the Mr Men are available on 1 DVD for about £4 or so there's little point spending 3 times as much. I won't vote cold as it's a good price if you like Mr's and Miss's... If like me you only rate the origonal (and best) go for the single DVD.

EDIT: 4 times as much... Failed maths as I was reading Mr Men books at back of classroom!

It's a fair price, but I recently purchased volumes 1 and 2 (both double dvd box sets) for £3.00 each from WH Smiths.

Steve

Mr Lowe was Mr Men... Maybe I'm just getting TOO old!?!

Good price, thanks :thumbsup:

How much did voulme 3 set you back?

Do you know. ive just ordered this for a present for my sister. Wasnt convinced whether it was a good offer or not, so just did a search on this very boxset, and a number of stores had a high price and the cheapest of them was Amazon, who i do believe had it for £42. Pretty sure its the same boxset.

Voted hot.

For the Londoners out there;

There's a bloke at the Sunday Market in Brick Lane who sells hundreds of DVDs, mostly of TV series' such as Friends, Seinfeld etc. He always has plenty of Mr Men/Little Miss DVDs to choose from. I've had loads of Mr Men ones from him before.

Everything he sells is £1. A lot of them have higher priced labels from High St stores.

Just in case you're interested.

You wouldn't see him in PC World doing that, he needs to make a profit on his warez not a loss.

I'm sure that would seem the most logical explanation to some, however there are plenty of chinese street corner sellers at the same market clutching bundles of actual fakes, should that be your predilection. In fact, you can't move in certain parts of London without being accosted by fake DVD sellers.

However, as far as i can tell, and you have to be pretty dense to confuse fake DVDs with originals, the ones being sold by this vendor are the real McCoy. Unless they are burning, hard encasing, shrink-wrapping and applying high st price labels for the purposes of generating a solitary £1.

This has dropped back down to £17.99.
