Feeling all reminiscent this evening, back in the day, crab sticks, scampi fries and what more could you want than a nice crunchy packet of Pork Scratchings!!

These are the real thing, real pork rind (not just the pork crunch stuff), so at 75p for 70 grams and a quick check for previous deals this seems to be a very good price.

Sure they are probably not very healthy and snobs might turn their nose up at them but if you have never tried them before then be a devil.... you might just like them!

Edit:--- Apparently from the 30th August but I am sure I have seen them in there before now (just not sure of the price though).

Actually it is Sugar and carbs and fat as a combination that make people fat. Eliminate carbs and sugar and only eat 20g net carbs with protein and fat and your body goes in to ketosis and starts to burn its stored body fat at fuel instead of the carbs people bulk up on all the time. Having said that, this product is not a good food to eat often if you are in ketosis or not. It should be eaten occasionally if you’ll pile on the weight.
