Thanks. Shame they've dropped the ready to roast chickens - they were the only things (for me at least) that made the deal worthwhile.

The pork loin is worth it. My husband has just picked one up that was priced at £9.71 just for the joint alone.

The mains list is going to annoy a fair few people, no fish or veggie option

Should eat meat like normal people ;-)

Cheers for the heads up great deal for a tenner and plenty of choice.

It says "selected stores only". I'm on the site now but don't know how to find the selected stores

The GSM Grenache Syrah Mourvedre wine is lovely, usually £6.99 a bottle.

Thanks for posting

So which stores ?????

Not sure, you could always call your local M&S foodhall and ask if they're doing it

OK, but how do I know which M&S has food hall? Sorry I am not M&S customer.

Why get busy by being annoyed, spend your £10 and get on with buying fish and veggie. You can get nearly 2kg of fresh fish from Waitrose.

Don't get the lasagne, we had it last time and it had no flavour, worse than any premade lasagne I have ever had before and the calories in it were still huge!

tbh I'm not fussed the only veggie option they did which I really enjoyed was the macaroni cheese with leeks.
I don't personally eat fish, but I know a lot of people liked the fish options on the previous deals.
Just seems silly M&S would won't offer a fish and/or veggie option considering all the people on new year resolutions of losing weight (fish) and veggie/non-meat eating population isn't shrinking.
I mean M&S have own of the best home brand ranges of vegetarian foods as well as lots of fish meals, seems silly not to promote them.

Looks like I'll be popping to M&S shortly!

The header on the M&S web page says "Vegetarian option available"; they just don't list what it is.

Possibly they are trying hard to break all our resolutions

Nothing says "I love you" better than discounted dinner in busy department store.

I used this, but it doesn't tell if the store has a food hall.

The mains seems incorrect. Surely be more chicken and veggie options?

It does, you just need to click on the store details and scroll down the bottom to "departments"

Is THIS any cheaper than the usual £10 meal deal ???? Cold from me.

No, but it's a periodic special offer which is significantly cheaper than buying the various components individually, making it generally a good deal.

Just back and got a pork joint which was £9.80! So to me this is a deal

These are good deals for M&S quality.. cheaper than a take-away

Can you get more than one deal as there are four in our house?

Yes you can I have four too, one deal is sometimes enough though, I just got the pork joint and an apple and blackberry pie and will do my own roasties and veg :).

Can you freeze any of the dishes? Be a good time to stock up. The free wine won't last long though in our house.

Yes you can with some, I do this a lot just check before you buy

does anyone know if I can use my Xmas gift vouchers for this? thanks in advance.

Love these deals, heat

Don't forget the £5 off a £25 January weekly voucher, from the flyer the assistants were handing out before Christmas, if you were buying a bit.

Just went and got £42 worth of grub for £20. If it was ever this retail price or not I'm not bothered as if its enjoyable £20 for this lot is a pretty good offer.

Seems like you've just answered the unaskable anyway.

I would be surprised if there is no veggie option. Wouldn't surprise me that each store will simply add whatever veggie dishes have not been selling so probably worth a looksie.

Crusted sea bass? How about a militant mullet? Or a slightly peeved off plaice?

I would like them to add some of their ice creams to the desserts instead of the usual sugary, and sometimes sickly, cream cakes.
