The price works out slightly cheaper than expected. It dropped to £144.98 when I selected Saturday delivery (rather than the standard delivery which currently costs 1p). I also tried the FREENDAY code just in case, but it said it wasn't valid.

this is hardly a great deal for £144! :w00t::whistling:

I've seen 19" combis on here for £70

My point was that you said £99 would be overpriced - yet lots of people jumped at the chance to pay £91 for a smaller lcd tv yesterday. They felt it was a bargain.
Personally I think this a better looking TV, and would jump at it for £99.

However it is £144 and that is why people have voted cold.

As for 19" combi's for £70 - doubt they will appear in the run up to Christmas.

Thanks dawn1e, but cisiman does this kind of provocative posting all day long. Still... at least he's got a hobby.

nothing provocative in what I said at all :whistling:

simply posting advice that this is way overpriced and even WHICH said M&S branded Tvs are the worst TVs they have come across all year.

If it saves one person buying it, then its worth it.

judging by the temperature, then I;m not the only one who believes its a crappy deal

The temperature bar is a very useful device and I welcome the input equally - be it hot or cold.
But rather than simply peppering these pages with some sort of semi-comedic diatribe (which seems to be your wont), perhaps you might consider posting more pointed and constructive replies in the future such as: Where something similar can be bought cheaper: How it compares in terms of price/value to the similar product: Or even some sort of personal experience of the product or company if you have it. You might also want to tone down some of your language a bit too - this is a family site.
