I found some "aged" milk in the fridge. Might be worth a fortune
Why does it have an expiry date? Surely it gets better with age until opened? (edited)
It’ll last longer than that but it’ll deteriorate within a few years. This is IGP vinegar so aged for 60 days. You can get better stuff thats aged for 15 years and stored correctly should be lovely for many many years after opening
Says it has been aged 3 years on the bottle.
It is excellent by the way, sweet and a bit like the balsamic glaze you can get in waitrose. Hard to find though, it has been reduced for a long time. (edited)
