Break tab on seal. Remove lid, place loosely back on pot. Stir halfway through cooking.
After cooking, stir and leave to stand for 2 mins.

sorted byI've had bread sauce in restaurants with chicken that have been excellent though. I don't know why theirs was better. Maybe they add a lot of juices from the meat?
