But they also have a lot of energy (calories) which is stored as bad fats. So eating excessive amounts could lead to weight gain and the associated issues...

Hope that helps.

Kindest regards

Maybe if you left the house and did some exercise you'd not have your weight gain issues? There are some recent deals for gym memberships if it helps you.

300g tins of salted, roasted mixed nuts, reduced from regular price of £5. BBE 06/20 so likely BBE related clearance. Contains Hazlenut, Cashew, Pecans, Almonds and Macadamia. Found in Swansea Oxford St. and Swansea FforestFach Simply Food. Plenty of stock left in FforestFach.

Unsure if national but available in the 2 stores I visited.

Sorry for duplicating but (and all credit to) OP, didn't show up in search the ones in the Swansea stores all had a BBE OF June 2020.
Scanned at £5 in Sutton, Surrey store
Scanned £5 in Altrincham store too
Have now returned to original price of £5 in Swansea FforestFach Simply Food, yet BBE is still June 2020
