This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

MSI 9SI-834UK/i5-8400/8GB Ram/1TB HDD/1660 Ti/Windows 10/B

i think this isnt a bad price for this.

Its using the i5 8400 which is only a tad in performance then the likes of the 9400F, but u got yourself a nice 1660Ti here, which is a £240 Card alone.....

b grade, i count B grades per this item: case condition, some cosmetics marks no doubt on the case, .. but there is: B - Good - Product in good condition with all essential accessories. No box required.. right ok..

Windows installed.

8gb Ram, easy top this up to 16gb..... for like £30 once u find the version inside to match it,

it doesn't state SSD, so £28 for a basic 240gb, but i reckon it might just have one and could be a error on the listening, but dont quote me on it, these did have 128gb in them... but it could of been removed so could be a bonus if its there.... so just presume its not..

for £530 its not bad. for a used one, easy make a £590 smashing system adding the afew extra bits on top of this whats needed..

be right up someone street this. not a bad deal..

and u got CEX warrenty.. which is a little bonus then a used product elsewhere.

Currys clearance did have the very same pc which does come with 128gb ssd but using the 9400f 8gb ram "refurb for like £630" last week.. so £100 less... and not much drop on the cpu.. pretty good.

Is the 1660 much different to the super?

1660ti places roughly between a 1070ti and a 1080 performance wise. I have one and it's a very underrated card for the cash

Theres a good jump between a 1660 to the 1660 super. but not much between a 1660 super to the 1660TI.

general self builds: get a Super, cost to value is better....
gen new prebuilts a super is better in value too,

but if a TI is a good package allover then thats not bad option and an increase on gpu.

usual Ti packages are usual alot more^ they can be found, but very slim.. , then there actual value worthiness, (new builds)

I thought you could build new system with 3300x and 1660s from scratch for £600.
Thanks guys and heat for your fab find as always Sarden mate
its abit like the 3600x vs 3600 debate..

self builds: 3600...... but some prebuilt lines, its better to get a 3600x then a 3600 cos the whole package value is better on a 3600x then it is a 3600 cos theres more demand for a 3600 ;-).

i usual like stripping "builds down" but its a little unfair to calc a used build on that term to give it more value, but its a pretty decent deal.. 1660ti / 8400 is a nice combo.. just sort that ram out/ssd. bingo.

No it doesnt, it slower than a 1070 as I had an msi 1660ti gaming x.

The 1080 is still faster than the rtx2070 which i have now.

I have a similar desktop from MSI that I bought new for £800 in Jan 2019. It's been a solid performer in the time that I've had it and I would not hesitate to buy an MSI pre-build again.

The Ti is faster and more expensive than the Super (by 5-10% from memory)

theres a time n place for self builds, and theres a time and place for prebuilt systems..... theres more then 1 buyer on here.

and its an intel cos theres intel demand on here too..

in prebuilt: rx580/2600: £575..... (which +£15 more be this when u sort it but with a TI)
super in prebuilt 650ish.. with 16gb/240gb/1tb hdd
someone mention upgrade path://

Sell the bloody thing on ebay/ facebook market place when ur finished with it and ull get a good return of money for it.
and upgrade.......

the best upgrade option ever these days.

used systems go for good money, ur paying less for the system upfront, less to loose.
You will find at the minute due to supply and demand thing available o the market are far more expensive. This makes this deal reasonable at the mo but this wouldve been under £500 before the pandemic.

450s ish, but defo not with a 1660TI though.
i think its not a bad deal, get some little bit in it as mention, its lost its "last gen price tag", .
itll do someone perfect for a year or 2, no problem whatsoever and when it comes to selling it, ull still get a good return of money for it,
Oh not knocking as its ok just not my choice. I built an amd r5 2600x based pc with a 1660ti, 16gb ram and 2 samsung evo 850's and a superflower 600w psu. Sold it for £560. All under warranty, that now would go for more... but thats history and this machine is current

wasnt saying u was pal, but i do agree. one would assume it would be cheaper in yesterday market with all else going on, but i just cant find it cheaper, i can find the same one with the ti but with a 9400F for £100 more (does have the SSD).. i reckon its there.. ive taken advantage of CEX mishaps quite afew times, but hey lets count its not.

defo a deal worth sharing for someone,

Ok if you want to think thats true then so be it.

You are comparing a card that I have owned a 1070ti to a 1660ti I bought to a 1080ti which I know beats an RTX 2070.

Plenty of people would agree with me here and so do many youtube reviews as well. If your view on real world performance is true why do so many people sell a 1080ti on ebay for over £500. Also the 1080ti is an 11gb card vs a 6gb card

Yep if you're not likelyh to upgrade this every few months but keep it a few years that's probably the best advice. I was utterly amazed I sold my 8 year old Dell XPS 8500 desktop for £150 a few months ago, a 3rd gen i5 with new cheap SSD and onboard intel graphics... amazing as I only paid about £350 new on Dell outlet 8 years ago.

Cold - this is B-Grade, it looks like it's priced higher than the sum of it's parts realistically.

Yep, that cheap.

Expect when the stores open to have a influx of pc's.

They've taken a few off the data base, custom ones get deleted after a while but I've seen several 2080/2080 ti builds on there for under 1500.

Its crazy but i think it's because for them, they really don't want to be selling desktops possibly?
