The 1070ti is one of Nvidia's newest cards, and where can you find it cheaper elsewhere?

£399 for the Palit variant at Overclockers yesterday.

These are bad value, I don't understand how anyone can argue the contrary. Get a second hand 980ti which is slightly slower for £250...

Yes, in which case you buy new.

Not sure why anyone would buy a new card until the new series potentially drop in the next few weeks.

No confirmed release for one thing we could be talking months and someone may not be interested in waiting that long.

In which case you buy this deal.

It's still bad value.

My point is that nobody really knows. With the amount of people waiting for new cards when they finally drop demand will be high and many people may turn to 10xx instead thus raising prices. I honestly don't see 10xx cards dropping as much as people make out they will but only time can tell.

Yeah I see what you're saying, I guess all i'm trying to convey is my absolute hatred toward the PC Gaming market right now.

It's gone to crap. If the new cards don't help anything I'm out, straight back to consoles.

I,m actually considering doing the same thing, and not becuase of the bitcoin mining issues etc etc , but the cheating in PC gaming, its beyond the joke.At least on console i am on an even playing field and its still 60fps/1080p so not bad at all.Done with cheating on PC though.

Ah okay, I've luckily only encountered two instances of cheating in 350 hours of PUBG, so not too bad.

Can understand it frustrating some though.
