Just doing the rounds as per and noticed eBuyer have reduced this from their normal price of £769, making this the cheapest around as far as I can see?

Seems like a decent gaming laptop for the money here. Some nice additional features like a Steelseries designed keyboard, a true to life colours display, £D surround audio and of course backed up by a 1 year warranty from MSI which includes global AND one-time accidental, which is a nice plus.

Just needs a nice SSD plopped in there I reckon, anyhoo, heat from me

I think £700 is too much for i5 not long ago, hp with the same spec +125gb ssd was for 499.

Also i7 + 125gb for £499

Interesting but no SSD so I think I'll wait for Black Friday. Heat added though, that's not a bad deal at all.

I think personally this is a much better deal ^
Better processor and GPU. In fact better everything! And cheaper, but it is a desktop. Factoring in the cost of a £100 Full HD monitor, it works out about the same cost (but better :P)
I know its nice to have a gaming laptop, but the practicality of it isn't the best, as you basically have to have it plugged in the majority of the time. I get that its lighter and easier to use and move about, but still :P I would go for the desktop

Ignoring the fact you are comparing a laptop to a desktop...

Better GPU is debatable, the RX 560 and Geforce 1050 are pretty equal.

You could build the same spec PC for less and it would have better parts.

CPU - £90
GPU - £100
MB - £65
PSU - £40
RAM - £80
Case - £30
HDD - £40

Total - £445

Even if you buy a retail copy of Windows it's still cheaper(or from eBay for a tenner)- not to mention you can overclock this to atleast 3.8GHz.

As for this laptop it seems like.the best deal available ATM but I would wait till black Friday if you can.

I went for the GP62 which is similar specs with an SSD. £750 from Amazon. Although i got it for £725 as I had discount through a reward scheme 😊

better than the other deal with similar specs, but not enough for me. a better graphics card, an ssd or a better processor would sway it.
