That's expensive considering I got a Dell Inspiron 7 series which is very solid, beautiful build.
i7 think its a 6700 but may be wrong on the number, but pretty sure its 6700
4k screen, touch panel all glass
backlit with a gtx970
1TB / 128GB SSD
sorry for being vague, I don't game, only bought it because it was 600 after cashback from dell outlet.

Theyve been slowly releasing details of the mobile 1060/1070 and they are supposed to be quite good. Would be crazy buying a gaming laptop before they are released. Even just to let the price on these drop more.

I'm hoping the 1070m or whatever they are calling it is MXM and compatible with my GT72 i bought last year. I'm running the 980m and it's a monster, but the 10 series is on a whole other level

If posted that deal would get to like 3000 heat

Thanks for this - I wanted a Stealth Pro and was looking for the past 2 weeks. Nothing under £1000 came up except the red one did at about £900 - I wasn't keen enough on the colour. I bought this yesterday after seeing your post.

Pascal architecture will provide a significant leap in teraflops, the jump will be noticeable in performance.

This is good value for the specifications listed as the new laptops will be double the price at launch.

If you want to save more money, you are better off going for micro-ATX or a mini-ITX cube case. You can upgrade with every generation and it will provide much better cooling options.

I have one now - in fact, I'm replying using it right now. I love it. Powerful, quiet when not gaming, looks amazing, comes with a nice good quality case the sound is the best I've heard on a laptop.
