One proper 1080ti for proper gaming rig. Totally silent. I have one, this piece rocks.

Good card. Not bad price. Hot

More importantly, is it RGB?

I am soooo tempted to buy this! It seems to be a minefield out there for 1080ti cards. So many hut which is best!

I really wish I had the cash to get something like this. One day maybe.

The one or two month wait would put me off. I'm hoping we might see the prices come down a little when Black Friday et al roll around.

Awwww ships in one to two months! Nearly bought it but I think a better deal might come up on black Friday.

Jinx

I wouldn't imagine RMA would be fun to France if you get a DOA unit but good price otherwise.

While we're still part of the EU and this amazon we're talking about it's not as bad as you would imagine

An alternative for those you don't want to wait a month + have to buy from France:

Zotac GeForce GTX 1080Ti AMP Edition for £649.99

I cant imagine any black friday deals on the fastest graphics card available, with its replacement still a way off.
Black friday deals are just shops off loading old or poor selling stock (still means bargains mind)
RAM and GPU's are currently in to much demand.

Coming up as 684?

im running a 1060 6 gig on FX-9590 clocked to 5.2 ghz playing cod ww2 flat out 4k wiv 32 gig ram rez on my hdr 65 inch lg ..was all cheaper than this card barring the tv ...why buy 1080ti ..spooky..mind you my lounge is hot from amd cpu :)))))))

I might get a 1080Ti card, looks a great deal but why is MSI stuff so ugly and what's with that dragon cum scorpio logo?
it's hideous. They have had that for years it's always put me off tbh.

My friend had a 9590 with a Asus Ares graphics card (2x 290x on one board) with a 3x3 9 fan radiator. It used to keep his room lovely and warm.

1060 is fine for low end displays but not really suitable for high refresh multiple screen output. 1080ti is designed for that.

Maybe not, but it's still a little rich for my blood. I'm happy enough with my 980ti @ 1440p until I see one for under £600.

11GB? haven't been into PC gaming for a long time, but Memory and odd numbers never was a good thing, whats changed?

DDR5 vram is the memory for the gpu which this is 11gb. Then you have the motherboard ram which these days is DDR4 (I'm still rocking DDR3) normally people go above 16gb ram these days.

I'm also running a 6GB 1060 mini in a small sitting room PC, but I'm under no illusions that this is anything other than a 1080p card for newer games (unless you're happy to run at 30fps of course, but then why bother building a PC in the first place when the 1060 costs as much as a console by itself)
Destiny 2 ran at a perfect 60fps on highest settings before they messed it up with the latest patch, but to run it any higher than 1080p I'd need to make some serious sacrifices to IQ.
Each card fits into a certain niche, the 1080ti is a 4k 60fps card, or 144hz+ at lower resolutions.

Also the free game with this one that Amazon (UK) isnt partaking in.

Price has gone back up. I regret not buying this. It appears no-one's offering a Black Friday deal for this card.

For me this has been the worst Black Friday ever. Oh well, no new GPU this year.

just picked up the MSI 1080 Ti TRIO and it's not dissapointing!
advertised at around 1586mhz and 1687 (turbo) and it's pushing 1926mhz out of the box..... it's a beast
