The higher the dpi the more sensitivity the mouse becomes. Tbh I don't have mine much passed 2400 playing battlefield V, I can't imagine many people managing to playing at 10000 dpi but there's always one right....

this mouse (and most all nowadays) has a button by the scroll wheel to change the sensitivity on the fly as well. If that helps.

Yes which adjusts the dpi to higher or lower rate.

So a 12 yr old lad not used to keyboard gaming won't get on at all with something (non-adjustable) over 6000 dpi, right?

The dpi will be adjustable. Here's what the spec says.

The Clutch GM11 has a symmetrical design, making it suitable for both right-hand and left-handed users. You can also create your unique settings such as lighting control, button assignment, DPI setting, and macro recording using Dragon Center.

Nice one thanks v much....one last thing, there's not many that won't work with Xbox One right? I know there are settings within the Xbox to get it working. Thanks again!

Ye I can't help you too much on that front. I doubt you'll be able to use the dragon centre on Xbox so you wont be able to make custom profiles if it doesn't, but you should be able to adjust the dpi (sensitivity) via the buttons on the mouse. I can't see any reason why a USB keyboard and mouse wouldn't work it may just have limited functionality due to you not being able to use the dragon centre software.
Cheers, will research what Dragon Centre's all about😁 Thanks again!!

I bet they use a drinks coaster as their mouse mat as well, it's all they would need at 10000 DPI.
heat added for the priceas its very good
However the keyboard and mouse are no good for most competitive gamers, the only ones i can think of is card deck games aka hearthstone.
The mouse (polling etc is to low & high missing the correct MHZ) so its bad for competitive RTS/FPS/MMORPG, its a bad layout for lefties, and its a pretty small (i got hand cramp when reviewing it) its very light wight so isn't great for twitch movement accuracy, also for those asking about the high DPI competitive RTS (scarcraft 2 etc) you normally play around 9000 to 14000 dpi
The key board is bad, Mechanical-like plunger switches don't cut it in competitive play not to mention it has a it has a 3.5ms delay that is going to get you killed in competitive play, it flexs like a mofo still so you need to attach a back plate to stop that if your a button masher (but even then those rubbers do not last to long doing that expect QE1234 keys to fail after a while

They are going to be better than the bundled stuff that comes with most pcs and for your average teen gamer they probs be a good starter set but careful if your buying this for someone that is a competitive gamer in to E-sports as you'll not get the reaction id guess your looking for. but its a great price if you are just wanting nice peripherals so it still a great find i just wish companies would be more honest

ps the headset and mousemat are both good/ok quality and worth around the £65 mark so you could just see it as getting a free keyboard and mouse

Literally the first few sentences just show me you know nothing about this stuff. I wouldnt use these peripherals myself but as soon as you wrote "the polling is too high " and that the mouse Is light that its bad it just shows you dont have a clue. Refrain from advising people on stuff in the future dude.

EDIT:

Now you've edited your post to say the polling is too low, again, you still don't know what you're talking about.

Delete your post entirely and stop misinforming people.

get a grip you have no idea of my experiance in game or how i am,
too high a polling rate is bad and yes i thought it was perm 1000MHz which just is using extra cpu resoruces for no reason and its polling rates of 125 MHz and 250MHz 500MHz are too low as well golden zone is around the 600MHz to 650MHz hence the edit to correct

re the lightness of the mouse
The fact people have different arm strengths so its pretty much an opinion. What is light to generally light to me may be heavy for another. And what is just right for one person, may be “too light” for another to the point that it make them lose fine control over the mouse, which this mouse did for me a many other. however if you want to make a light wight gaming mouse then it should be adjustable but as its stand most other reviews also say the mouse is to light

I really don't want to have this discussion with you, you're clueless. If you think 89g is too light for a mouse you're in cloud cuckoo land, and if you think you know about polling rates, you're still there.

Listen, I'll tell you something and I didn't want to bring this out but people like you grind my gears. You talk about competitive players, and esports. I played Counterstrike at the highest level from 2004 to 2013, I've travelled the world playing CS on tv, visited many different countries and was ranked as the best CS team in Europe on more than one occasion.

You? Nothing. Just a guy who thinks he knows stuff, a pretender.

Give over and stop liking your own comments, that's just weird.

4 Kings?
ok so so dotn listen to me but both vortez.net overclockers uk think its too light as well

if you want to know my current mice they are
105 g mouse (James Donkey) i use in overwatch /pubg (the only two fps games im rated in)
143 g mouse (Logitech G600) daily driver
168 g mouse (Logitech G502) for MMORPG (where in in the top 50 for my class/spec) and RTS where im also placed in world top 250

I have won international and been flew out to the USA, you seem to think only first person shooters are competative E-sports and if you look im talking about MMORPG and RTS both of which allowed me to retire and go full tim, i seem to need a heavier mouse, than you, i tried other 80 to 90g mice in overwatch league at it wasn't good it was too light for me so i don't rate it for FPS eitherim only top 500 in over watch so ill bow to you on FPS games but your dead wrong in MMORPG and RTS

1st rule of socail media like you own stuff you can tell your not a streamer lol

Yes sir

Nice, always remember my bro telling me the time they played you at one of the i series tournaments, think it could have been i 17 - had the tournament sticker on my hand me down case that I used for years afterwards.

Said they ended up losing 16-9 but were chuffed with the result considering it was you guys. Team was called SFAL (Shoot first ask later).

Bit of history and nostalgia all wrapped into one.

Hahah aye, you mentioned best teams in europe, then assumed you played with a UK team (HotUKDeals) as most European teams played with other players of the same nationality back then, like SK being all Swedish IIRC. The only UK team really at that level back then in the UK was 4 Kings.

Just went full Sherlock Holmes tbh.

Yep, most nationalities stuck together for a while, then teams like NoA appeared and in Cs Source it was really common to play with EU players, and then now you have CSGO in which every good UK player quit after Source and it sucks
