After watching GN discuss MSI I'm inclined to boycott them tbh

If it's like my MSI the bezel is tiny but there's a good 1cm between the edge of the screen and the bezel. Marketing photos were clearly doctored (Asus did something similar a few years ago too).

Reviews never mentioned it, just the tiny bezel, which was very misleading.

Is there any point to curve 24" monitor?

It's what the website said
At this price its worth paying a little more to go with the newer 1080p 144hz IPS monitors. This AOC one is currently £191 on Amazon pre-order (usually dispatched within a couple of weeks). amazon.co.uk/AOC…YLV

These VA monitors tend to suffer a fair bit from smearing and especially the MSI ones have a number of issues with dark transitions/smearing, poor black level tuning and colour banding. Absoloutely worth paying £10 or so more for a monitor with vastly superior picture quality and performance.

It's a 1500r curve which actually works for the 24" I feel like a 1800r would be hardly noticeable on a 24 but I can't comment really because I haven't seen one.

I have this monitor and I like the curve on it.

Doing the same, and I’ve been using MSI mobos and GFX cards for years
Looking for a gaming monitor for next gen like ps5. Would this be viable option?
Not the best deal but still a great monitor. I got the Optix MAG241CR but it seems its no different from the Optix MAG241CP listed here. I paid about £200 with some ebay offer from the Ebuyer store a while back. I'm not sure what MSI is doing here besides changingthe model number slightly since the specs are exactly the same on MSI comparison.
I paid 169.99 for this from Currys. Wish I went for the AOC posted in the comments as the colours on this aren’t great. This is my first gaming monitor though and I do enjoy it. But I wouldn’t recommend it to people over the AOC. Just my opinion of course.

If anyone reading this has this monitor and finds the colours ok please send me your settings as id love to get the best out of this.
Nice find and first deal @ZiSam11_.-. - thanks for sharing
