that's a great deal... I paid £220 for it on Amazon less than month ago... I think I need to return mine and order this one... Great find OP. Voted hot
Heat added! Would this be any good on my pc which runs a GTX760? I mainly play fortnite on it. Thanks in advance.
Probably not the best 144hz panel but £159.20 is a good deal! Purchased!
Does anybody know if it has inbuilt speakers?
Looked like a cracking deal but can someone help me understand how some 27" monitors are 1440p and some like this are 1080p?

Surely it'll look abit stretched?

Checked amazon questions and someone said it doesn’t have speakers. Just headphones port.

You wouldn't benefit from the 144hz with that GPU.

I would go for the 24" version over this for that reason although this is a fab price. I have the MAG241C and even compared to other 23/24" 1080p monitors it's easier to see the pixels for some reason. Don't want to imagine what it would be like on the 27" model.

Thanks, thought as much. But seeing as it’s a decent price, would it work ok with the gpu or would there be issues with tearing etc?

Your GPU doesn't support freesync so there will be tearing. I would upgrade that GPU as well, RX570/580 are pretty good value and cheap. The monitor will work fine but you won't be using all of its features.

I play fortnite on a 580 at 144hz and it's fine with the settings down.

I own this one, from my experience, regards to gaming and videos It's hard to notice any difference, but when you reading something like on browser or office applications, you can tell the difference when you look closely it looks bit pixelated. But if you're not sitting very close to the monitor, it will be alright. (Before I had 1080p Benq 144Hz monitor). Other than that it's completely fine. I hope it helps.

I want to start using a monitor for gaming on my ps4, ive jist been thinking about input lag and performance like that. will this be a good choice or am I not going to see much difference than using my tv.
Syedar23/09/2019 21:19

Yeah, with the voucher

How? On a desktop browser rather than a mobile browser I presume?

Better with monitor for low input lag compared to TV. If 4K HDR is ya stuff get 4K tv.

4k tv will look better due to HDR other than when it comes to fast paced games especially competitive this is where monitor excels!

Would work great with the freesync.

Just ordered for my son for Xmas he says it’s a cracking deal for great monitor
This is an absolute deal! VA panel is great better than TN for colour and brightness and black level. Downside is viewing angles compared to IPS. IPS has more higher colour but not by a lot.

ordered one which will be replacing my new Agon replacement (£289.99).
Just a reminder that 27" is not good for 1080p and you'll much prefer 24"

Thank you. For a moment there I thought I might have my own opinions.
