Guaranteed delivery by saturday on AO though Amazon only shipping “essential” goods on prime at the moment
I have this, it's fantastic. Got it on black friday for the same price from Laredoute (you can pay in full, no need for credit account)
Good price but if you receive one with an older firmware, then you’ll need to RMA and have MSI update it otherwise you will have horrendous colour banding. I have the MAG272CQR and would really recommend it if you can afford the extra £100.
Rma??

Return Manufacturer Authorisation. Basically means you need to ship it back to get the firmware updated which is not that easy with such a large and fragile item.
Anyone have this monitor with Nvidia graphics cards with freesync enabled? I have heared that it has some GSync issues with flickering black screens. If someone has first had expereince with this moinitor I may pick it up.

Top stuff, thanks! What GPU are you using for reference?
I purchased non rgb version of this a few months ago and it is great. At Very.co.uk also same price. Highly recommended.

Just picked up a cheap 1060 Oc and have a Rx 590 in my other one so will try both
Horrible monitor. Colour banding and weird subpixel layout makes everything looked blurred.
Have this monitor for a few months now, was much cheaper in the last AO deal (hotukdeals.com/dea…3). Sold the game code which was available to redeem at that time so £233 after all discounts, cashback etc.

The only way to update firmware is through RMA which means sending monitor to Poland. Mine came back updated, in one piece and working fine but DPD shipping service they use is bad, carton was very battered. DPD quality went downhill, not the first time parcels turn up smashed.

Amazon atm will deliver anything You buy, they say to prioritise essentials but I didn't had any delays on prime in last two weeks.
😁🔥
I have this monitor, you want to be on firmware FW.013 otherwise there are known issues with black colour banding.

Had no issues with mine and looks very nice, would also recommend changing the black tuner setting from 9 to 10 as 9 makes playing games very dark. However I guess that is personal preference.
Would people recommend this over Benq EX2780Q?
I think with the firmware issues there are a lot of other manufacturers models in and around this price point worth looking at, or save a bit more for the 272CQR

Me too! Same price there as well now so seems like lots of choice of where to get it. So very tempting to get a second one of these for my setup
I might buy this purely for the "Clever technology"

Mine came with the newest firmware back in November, so I would say that issue isn't a big issue going forwards
Thanks for the heads up - I opted for the non-curved version which was £20 less, which I'd never have seen till this was posted - so cheers, have some heat
Just to say i ordered this and it arrived yesterday with the latest firmware. Obviously there may be a mixed bag of stock but my panel seems spot on. *touch wood*

Are you talking about this one? Or am I being stupid, this deal is for the 1440p but the one £20 less is 1080p I believe

I bought mine through Amazon - MAG272QR (amazon.co.uk/gp/…STZ)

The original deal was at AO but it was on Amazon Prime for the same price. I didn't want a curved monitor, so I looked at other models in the range and found the MAG272QR for £279 at Amazon as well - it's also QHD (2560 x 1440) and has the HDR and Freesync support (confirmed it's G-Sync compatible)

Mine arrived yesterday and I noticed it's now out of stock. Not surprisingly as it's a lovely monitor. I've been told that the 300 nits isn't great for HDR but having played COD: MW, DOOM: E and B3 on it solidly yesterday, it's bloody good. I can't say I would even notice the nits thing, as the whole experience looked amazing to my eyes!

Had no issues using my RTX 2070 Super and G-Sync on this monitor, having played COD: MW, DOOM: E and B3 on it yesterday. The HDR makes a huge difference coming from myold 1080HD monitor from 2011, I can re-assure you
