Deal Edited!
Price was updated on Prime Day Deal and its now at £119.00

I purchased this 2 months ago from Amazon when it was priced higher than £129.00 , Sad times but I must admit it's been very good experience so far, I have been using this monitor whilst I'm on the move, it's very easy to connect to laptop especially if you have a Thunderbolt Type C port on the laptop, so I can use the Type C to Type C cable in the box, I have also used it with a numerous of other devices such as my phone and even my Nintendo switch, as long as there is power going to the device via Type C, you will be able to connect the video input via HDMI or via the 2nd Type C port on the portable monitor.

In the box apart from the PRO MP161 monitor, you'll also find included accessories;
1x Carrying Case
1x Type C to Type C Cable
1x Mini HDMI to HDMI

I also signed up to the MSI newsletter when I registered my warranty and was recently sent a newsletter on promotion where you can redeem an 3 month Spotify vouchers with the MP161, I tried my luck to see if I would qualify for the Spotify voucher with my previous purchase but they have come back saying valid for purchases between 22nd May - 31st July.

    Thanks OP. Anyone know if this could be powered via a powerbank? Ideally I'm looking for a monitor that I can use in the garden by connecting my phone to it but would need a way to power it...

    Genuine question.
    I'm keen to buy a portable monitor and there are plenty on the market about £30 cheaper than this from brands like Arzopa, uPERFECT etc.
    They all seem to match this spec or are incredibly similar spec wise, am I missing something with this monitor or is it just a brand tax?
    Would appreciate people's input. (edited)

    There were some slight differences when I compared this one to the Arzopa units. Might be worth checking the response times (ms), I think this one is 4ms which is better for gaming

    Gm, ser. A quick question.

    Is there a separate port for charghing?

    It has 2 usb-c ports and if your laptop can't supply enough power with the signal then you connect a 2nd usb supply.

    I have a different make and have to do this with one laptop, if you carry a usb-c phone charger with you use that.
