Just search the online tat bazaar for item # 330540986020

got one of these and i love it

Recieved mine today from the previous auction and its Pink!!!

hen Igot mine I unpacked it, didnt even bother switching it on before unscrewing the base, adding an extra 1gb ram, installed my 500gb hard drive out my other laptop, screwed it all together again, installed windows 7 ultimate off a usb stick, did a full windows update and now here i sit on it!

First impressions of how small these netbooks are after coming from a 15" laptop, but since all i do nowadays is browse the web, check emails, and watch the odd movie or top gear episode, this small form factor is somethig i will get used too over time.

Speed wise, its very very nippy. I guess this is because i did a clean install with an extra 1gb of ram right from the off, so i cant compare how it ran on 1gb ram with all the bloatwise installed, but even if your a little bit competant, you should just do a clean install of windows, it makes the machine much much nippier.

720p video playback seems to work ok as long as you dont have anything else running at the time. It can lag occasionally, but on the whole, seems ok.

Speakers are crap, as to be expected, and im still getting used to the keyboard.

Not sure if this will make it to be my only laptop / netbook. for what i do, its good enough though to be fair. Very very portable, very light, and very easy to use. Mine came perfectly boxed, with all accesories, and no faults to report what so ever. for £150 odd, im very very happy

Does it take 2x1gb or it has to be 2gb memory ??

You can only install an extra 1x 1GB stick in it. Great price, I brought one of these in the Argos sale a few weeks back for £150 and it was a bargain then. Loving it!

Maybe this can help

First things to do when you get this machine to make it faster:
1. Remove bloatware with PC Decrapifier:

2.a. Remove whatever security program they've put on, especially if it's McAfee, using Appremover (or search for the specific removal utility from whichever antivirus vendor is on the PC):

2.b. Disable Windows Defender otherwise it might conflict with av software:

3. Install faster av program such as free Avast! antivirus or Antivir depending on your preference
(follow these instructions to remove the Antivir nag popup http://www.elitekiller.com/files/disable_antivir_nag.htm)

4. Run Startup Lite from Malwarebytes:

5. Check for yourself what is set to startup with Windows using Autoruns:

Afterwards you could run services.msc and set to manual services you don't need (lots of guides on the net, particularly blackviper), run crapcleaner (http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/slim), install extra memory, or run cleanmem (http://www.pcwintech.com/cleanmem) which may or may not do anything.

All gone...
