good find op, but they must pull a figure out of the air for their RRPs no way is that bike worth over the current price let alone £449. Another Mike Ashley inflated RRP.

Mike Ashley price here...

Good buy at £150 x

Mike Ashley owns Field n Track, just another outlet to fool the buying public. Check the registered offices and email addresses will confirm this. Plus Ashley owns Muddy fox which helps him inflate prices. Still not knocking the find as it may come in handy for someone, expecially if they see the Sports Direct price.

Mike Ashley likes to buy brand names and stick them on thing that he can sell.

His recipe works.

Any other suggestions for anything better?

People here have been suggesting a Specialized Globe Vienna not long ago that can be had for £199.98.

Better price or better spec? This is a bicycle shaped object and if used as a bicycle will have a very limited lifespan, especially concerning the suspension components.

If price is a limiting factor, purchase a hard-tailed used bike from the local paper or E-bay. You would be hard-pressed to get a worse bike for the price.

Costco in Cardiff are selling the Muddy Fox Mayhem at £139.97 excl VAT (164.46 incl VAT). Not sure how that compares.

I absolutely adore the BSO phrase. It hugely helps the more mainstream public spot the genuine foaming-at-the-mouth variety lycra loon

....or someone who knows about bikes and is frustrated at bicycle shaped objects being offered as a practical bicyle.
I know that anyone purchasing one of these is likely to become frustrated as they fall to bits and it will end up in a shed, or at the dump and someone who could have enjoyed cycling is put off forever
This is from my viewpoint as a professional engineer, not a 'foaming at the mouth Lycra loon'.

Anyone any comments on the Muddy Fox Mayhem in Costco for £164?
