There is 1/2 price equipment on offer with this too
Dual suspension is a bit pointless, as they are heavy. Also it notes that isnt suitable for offroading. So what is the point? Cold

I have this bike purchased a few years ago from Sterling bikes. It is heavy and the dual suspension is a waste of time. No problems with the bike all working fine (light use, stored in doors). Good ride, comfortable but a bit heavy as LeeParsons points out.

I've not seen the B'Twin that mac_d recommends but looking at the photos and reading the reviews that also looks worth consideration.

Good price, I paid £150 3 years ago. Worth purchasing mud flaps. Due to the y frame stands and other bike accessories may not fit the Muddy fox.

The disc brakes are very good and the gears fine.

"We bought this bike as a Christmas present for our son who was thrilled to bits with it. It's a lovely looking bike, the brakes need care as they bed in. Ours arrived with faulty gears which the local bike repair man did his best with but there are two gears that don't work, however my son's not missed them. Due to where we live it didn't make sense to return the bike for this small glitch. On the whole it ws excellent value for money and he loves it, can't say fairer than that."

hahaha just about says it all, and these folks rated it 4 out of 5 and recommended to friends X)

Dual suspension done properly is superb. Dual suspension done properly costs.
This is not dual suspension done properly. This is a toy.

If you want a cheap bike to get around on that won't break the bank or your back, go for the B'Twin.

Who makes these RRPs up? It's basically the same tat that Tesco and Asda peddle for about £70, and even that's too much.
People slating this bike dont know !@#$ it rides fine and as for the gears try adjusting the 2 small screws on drehlia whilst bike is stood upside down in the car world its called tuning same as a bike you have to tune the gears admitingley tho it is not light weight which should be considered if you live in a hilly place but as far as a summer night goes its a slow comfortable ride
