Thanks for posting and great price, although I am slightly put off by the amount of sugar that is in them.

It’s fairly high. But per 100g it’s about 1/3 of what is in a mars bar.
Anyone know how they taste?
soya protein in there, otherwise would of been all over these.
Home and Bargain today was 49 p each.
I didn't like the taste and texture of the apple and cinnamon I couldn't stand it after 5th bar - I absolutely recommend for taste the optimum nutrition of grenade bars for taste (not a expert of the nutritional comparison of each)

Nothing, if you're a massive soyboy.
These don't taste great, quite grainy and not much flavour.
These are great, nice find! Thank you. Just ordered loads of the MuscleFood ones at 50p though!

Which makes mars bars 3 times worse than these for sugar gains Wouldn’t touch either with the amounts of sugar, however heat added for the deal.
Doesn't post to Northern Ireland

They're 49p in homebargains at the moment. They taste very sweet
ghow00715/01/2020 15:50

Nothing at all

It promotes estrogen and isn't as bio available as some other proteins.
Yes they're cheap, but they taste awful, not a nice texture, too much sugar and full of soya.

It contains phytoestrogens which reduce the production of estogen. That is a misconception.

For every source you could possibly find to back up that claim, there's 100 to that would say you are wrong. It's pretty universally recognized that soya promotes estrogen.
For £14.00, they're worth a shot - you can't buy a week's worth of chicken for that. Cheers!

Cite me credible independent studies which show that eating soya on a large sample size increases estrogen in humans.
These arrived today. They are actually really nice. I ordered more.

All men have estrogen. In fact it's needed. What's your problom? Do you think that a protien bar will give you gynecomastia? I don't get the concern
Also the later a ingredient is on the lable the less the is of it. So they only a tiny amount pro use the same processing plant so added it to the bland

Didn't mean to teg your chat then. Intresting to see how little people know about things like this.

Oh dear your wrong BTW it does increase estrogen. (my point is not to a problem amount There are no independent studies on anything BTW. There's aways one side paying ect.
