Hi can this recorder be linked up to a cctv cameras so it can record onto its hard drive?

If the hard drive size isn't a deal breaker then the model below is £110 less, leaving plenty of cash for a nice upscaler (you could even go for the HD-DVD Toshiba for amazon (£117 I think) and get HD playability thrown into the mix).

Yes. Instead of paying £160 for this, which has no upscaling, pay £50 for one with no upscaling. Then you have £110 for something purely for upscaling. £40 will get you a decent upscaler.
