My parents insisted on taking us here on a regular basis in the 1970's.

I hated it even when I was a kid (really car sick, still am)

I braved the baboon enclosure last time as the kids begged and I was honestly so nervous, they jumped in the back of someone’s pick up, they were on bonnets, roofswhen we pulled up into the car park someone with an identical car to mine had its wing mirror hanging off and the trying desperately to temporarily fix it with tape. So we got lucky to avoid any damage.

Would avoid next time it would make it a very costly trip adding on car repairs.
I would of thought mothers would want a day off from the little monkeys, rather than treat them to Knowsley safari
