Mums go FREE Mother's Day Weekend 10th - 11th March 2018 @ Gullivers World (+ You Can Book Online

Found 2nd Jan
Just spotted that Gulliver's were running this offer again this year and thought I'd post as it's a fun day out with little ones.

Mums go FREE throughout Mother’s Day Weekend (10th -11th March 2017) when accompanied by at least one full paying person. This special offer is available at all Gulliver’s Theme Parks on the Saturday and the Sunday.

Experience a wonderful weekend that’s full of family rides, shows and attractions. Gully and the gang will be here to help you create some magical memories that mum can treasure. You don’t need to purchase a ticket for mum as long as she is accompanied by at least one full paying person. Book your other theme park tickets in advance today and save even more on your big day out!

Still sexist. Why not one ticket free on each day?As a thought....What …Still sexist. Why not one ticket free on each day?As a thought....What about two gay men or two gay women? Which is the "mother" or "father"?May be these people can complain!

dunno mate, you seem to be doing a good enough job of complaining about everything for all of us.

I almost booked until I read the trip advisor reviews which put me off.
Sexist. Discriminates on the basis of gender. Should apply to men as well (as well as intersex)!

Offer available at all Gulliver's theme parks and when I've tried to book for Matlock Bath, they open on the 17th...so mums can actually see the park from the outside:)

The Matlock bath one is on a hill side and it really wears you down getting around it. Kids enjoyed it though.

It is not difficult to decide whether to give free entry to one sex alone is sexist!

yawn, go get offended somewhere else. how do you get by in life?
these sort of offers have been going on for years. why is it only now that a select few people are getting offended by things.

I mean, sure, yes there are inequalities which are massively problematic in this world such as the ways we deal with anything sexual in society and law. but kicking up a fuss about a mother, on mothers day, having free entry of about £20 value, for something she is likely not to be actually going on many of the rides anyway, is frankly, stupid.

Some people believe equality law should be obeyed. It seems you believe in discrimination.
It's called picking your battles and knowing when to be offended and when you shouldn't. I don't really fancy spending my entire life being shocked and offended by everything that doesn't tally up to my political and social ideals, so i choose to care about the ones which are actually affecting peoples lifes.

"as a man i'm massively affected and upset by the fact that a woman on mothers day has been allowed entry to a £20 low grade theme park" - said noone, ever.
