Not the thread for you then I reckon.
Sorry mate, it's just that to be a vegan seems to mean you have to mention it at every opportunity and the thread is about meat, so your message just triggered me
I agree that some are vegan and, without going into it, I agree that there are many benefits. (edited)
Everyone else:
Vegans: yo its ya boy here v3g@n4lyf, did you know im a vegan and that eating meat is bad? did i mention that im a vegan?
You won't need to, they'll tell you.
Also, I vape.
No, the worlds strongest man has never been vegan. Your on about the German guy,he has never been worlds' strongest. Now if you said worlds strongest vegan steroid user then yeah im sure he is.
Sorry I might be out of the loop here but what’s this vegan stuff all about? I haven’t heard about it before.
How about NO? (edited)
Just thought I would point it out as a lot of people are unaware that you do not need meat to build muscle, some of the strongest athletes around the world also vegan so those looking to build up, can look at the options. (edited)
I regularly buy Muscle food stuff but I must say the sausages are probably the worst thing they sell, the low fat high protein content makes them pretty dry and a bit bland, I just chuck em in a stew or pasta bake though and that seems to balence out the sausages a bit
No idea, not a bodybuilder. But I do know with protein, animals get their protein from plants so why not just cut out the middle man. If a guy who won the strongest man in the world competition did it (i don't know what year but like that matters) pretty fair to say it works.
im having terrible flashbacks...
Delivery charge must vary per area. I was getting £6.99 and £5.99
Probably because the deal is 2 years out of date!
What would a typical vegan bodybuilders meal plan for a day be? I'm intrigued as how would a vegan be able to get say 100g of protein per day without going overboard on carbs and fats too?
whats wrong with their sausages? (edited)
is their meat really that bad?
what sauce
this f***** sauce
I'm curious about the "decent quality but not butchers quality" comment in the post. How is this stuff inferior to a local butcher?
