fix your link :):)

it's .co.uk not .com

Think it should be netto.co.uk, not .com

Thanks, nice find, voted hot

I'm really not convinced by these at all...

If you're looking to get the kids something to play on, you're much better off going to a reputable dealer and picking something up which will last longer and give them more enjoyment. I've had a go on one of these (I only play guitar these days), and I can honestly say it doesn't measure up too badly against my Yamaha

Each to their own, I'm not voting either way - but I personally think in this case it's a question of "buy cheap, buy twice" (or "buy cheap and watch it gather dust in a corner" possibly)!

or in the case of one of my sons "buy a keyboard, buy a drumset, buy a bass guitar".
At least he's practicing the bass guitar for his band, rather than being a nuisance.
Got to be better wasting £29 than £100s if the kid doesn't continue, and if they do continue then it's well worth buying a good second hand instrument - in West Sussex there a music newsletter from the county council with loads of used instruments.

Used instruments are great so long as they're in good nick - but as for wasting "£29 rather than £100s"... the guitar I linked to is £39! Yes, more expensive than £29 but much, much, much, much better value!!

I got a violin this morning - nice and shiny - I''ve no experience to comment on quality of the instrument.
Had to ask where they were - the 4 violins were packed in a big unmarked box - guy was very tasty with his utility knife, so probably best never to start an argument with the staff (only joking, ?)
Got it for my gf - she said that she's always wanted to learn to play. If she finds out the price then it will be a bit like the Ian Beale bit when he bigged up the romantic weekend, when it was really a freebie!
Hot!
