Terrible "Game". Doesn't use the board properly and you have to be pretty good or close to fitness.

I have to disagree. I got this 3 weeks ago and although not at all overweight, I just wanted to tone up and get fit. I have lost 2" off of my waist and 1.5" off of my thighs and my butts nice and firm. I do 30 mins every morning. I did no previous exercise and have not found it difficult. You do not need the balance board with this.

I feel great and look toned and buff.

I would say it's well worth a tenner if you want a change from yr exercise dvd. I am sure they will bring out a better version that maybe uses the balance board etc but it's a good workout and I didnt find it too hard and am v unfit
