She appears to be walking in a straight line, but her left leg is swinging too far to the right and causing the right leg to take evasive action in every step.
This in turn is causing the hips to take corrective action which will result in avoidable disc damage in the lower spine and future extreme pain.
She needs physio to dicipline and train that wayward left leg.

They're cheaper than most and generally good value for money, but be aware that it can be a real pain trying to part company with them.

They keep taking cash even after going through all paperwork face to face with staff members, and if you instruct bank to stop payments they send threatening letters saying you're in breach of contract.
Keep all emails (take screenshots), and if things get silly try dealing direct with the CEO (think it's a former British Athlete - can't remember)

- other than that, seriously and honestly this is a GOOD DEAL for those wishing to use the gym at minimum cost.

Cheers vassy

It costs £12 for the card which is good if you will use the deals. I don't eat at Macdonalds much anymore but do miss the days of discount but often find other discounts as I'm quite thrifty like that - hence the name . I've debated getting an NUS card this way for a while. With the likes on Unidays, NUS isn't as good as it used to be.

it works with any student id with a picture and expiry date.

excluding 4GEE Max plans eligible for annual upgrades, mobile broadband, 4GEE WiFi and SIM Only plans
Otherwise would have been a great deal. All deals which has large amounts of data are mostly maxspeed 4G i believe, as i have tried this on many tariffs and hasn't worked, whereas on cheaper tariffs, and those speeds capped at 60mb/s, voucher had applied successfully

Why is this posted as a deal? It's ooooooold news

I went to the Leicester one with my daughter and no one checked your email address. Some shops just wanted the sale. I was in Birmingham when one was on about 3 years ago & the guy behind me gave me his discount at Krispy kreme (2 x12 for £10) It's a nice evening and worth going if you are free I think.

yawn

You actually need to have a legit .ac.uk email for this one. Not quite like NUS...

UniDays are otherswise quite decent.

Does anyone have a spare code? I have NuS but no unidays. My uni email is no longer valid

After trying this code to join the gym on the Sunday of the "weekend" I found the code to be invalid. Since it was still the weekend I decided to contact the gym, their response was "the deal was not available on Sunday". Since when was Sunday not part of the weekend. Really disappointed and makes me wonder what the fine print is in their terms and conditions of their membership are.

the discount is only for 2 months then goes back up to normal price.

Can this be done with nus card?

I see apple music already on par with spotify and its still very new and will only keep on improving. Will be the #1 streaming platform by a mile in another year or so

Switched to apple music recently because they've had Drake's new album for 2 weeks already while the other platforms are still without. While I've had no problems with spotify, why pay the same for a platform that is getting some music slightly later. Obviously this only applies if the exclusive music is of your taste. X)

which networks are recommended for someone looking for low usage?

Three has cheapest pay as you go I believe.

I used to be on GG when there used to be less people, and I paid x amount of money for 'unlimited' data, yet I got an email at one point telling me to 'reduce' my usage. I found it ridiculous as well as funny at the time, as I was barely doing anything on their network because of the woeful speeds.

Eventually left for Three a year ago, and although the signal is a tad iffy at times, the speed is at least 10 times faster. I usually get around 10-20mb/s on 3G, but on a good 4G day, I'd be hitting almost 50mb/s.

Probably will end up moving again, but I'll see what the future holds first.

Free calls to others on the same network, decent 3G allowance and speed meant for those on any kind of budget, this was the network to be on. And then the downtime started becoming more frequent. And the lack of support in those instances became ever more apparent. And the price ever so slightly became less competitive. All the while I'm seeing The Big Bang Theory sponsorship and wondering why they haven't pulled the advert on occasions when the network was down for a whole week.... I know they blame o2 for their woes and pat themselves on the back when it goes well. But this network has been in decline for some time and after I left for EE, I've never looked back (and not had 1 outage in almost a year, whereas on average with GG I'd have had 4 in the same time.)They were once fresh and new and exciting and there was a sense they were trying to build themselves in a crowded market. Now they've stagnated and they have no-one to blame but themselves. Inferior data offerings, outages and yet they still feel they can charge the same as other networks for a much reduced service.... I for one, lament the decline of GG. I invite you to do the same...

Agreed! They used to be good until they started spending all their money on advertising rather than renting more bandwidth in turn worsening their infrastructure due to the new members creating over crowding of the finite resources. And coincidentally an advert just came on tv now on Channel 4! Seeing them everywhere now it can only get worse...
