Works out at 25p a pop for a pre-workout energy boost. HOT from me

Dispatch confirmed

Hot
thanks for sharing

Anyone tried these? Or are these short dated?

Regardless hot from me.

Great price - heat added!

If it's really 'great tasting' it's the first energy gel manufacturer to ever manage it. Never had a one that tasted any better than repulsive.

Is this a double or kinsize?

Surely you'd want to use this for endurance sports in which case you want glucose only. Fructose is useless when running a marathon.

Would this be good before a football game? cheers for any help

It's a box of 25 mate unless I'm mistaken

Yup, great deal. Ordered, perfect for high intensity cardio fuel.

Would be useful for marathon sessions of The Last of Us Multiplayer.

Keep the concentration up.

Showing as £4.99 delivered now.Don't forget Quidco.

Paid £18.96 for 4 boxes delivered,so £4.73 a box inc standard delivery,voted hot.

Hahaha us lazy people, natural selection still hasn't wiped us out

I could use a couple of these for visits from my 2 year old grandaughter!

Thanks Gooner (a Gooner here also ;))! Will come in handy for gym session after a day shift once in the week!

Good deal but I've never found gels work for me even on ultras

and there's quidco - registered as new customer so 15% back (hopefully)

Pretty expensive for a crate of sugar and water that.

Just looked up their buzz word hyperosmolar Nice!

haaha hyperosmolar raised a smile here too! More fake science for the gullible

It's all in the hips,
it's all in the HIPS.

If it were all in the gels we would have heard by now like.

I had one of those SIS free gels from Holland & Barret and to my surprise it actually did give me a energy boost in the gym! I'm assuming this has pretty much the same things in except you need to consume water with this. for £5 I'll try it out
HEAT added and thank you OP!

Can anyone suggest the least revolting flavor?

Just received mine today. Looks pretty disgusting and doesn't mix that well with water, making 100ml of snot like mixture oO. Having said that, it tastes surprisingly good (cherry flavour) and not sure if it's placebo but I do actually feel like I have more energy. For the price it's definitely worth it, maybe just mix it with more water!

On the instructions on the website it says...

We advise to consume 100ml of water with every gel consumed

I take this to mean having 100ml of water alongside the energy gel and not mixed in. I thought the idea of having these pouches was so you could take them out and about and just have them on their own. Happy to be corrected if I'm wrong though.
