Where are the taps?

Hahahahahahahaa. Just imagine it: a bluetooth sink & sound system combo. I'd pay more than £549 for one of those!

Heat. Bought a lot from Peter Tyson Audio, never had a problem.
I had a wee play with one in John Lewis, sounded pretty awesome.
Well I never Naim audio selling refurbed stock. Never thought I'd see that.
These are brilliant, a steal at £549.
Cold - stereos made by ex-Spurs players must be

Got 1 couple years back but think its ok nothing special also remote is for price and the app could do with a BETTER update as its would also be nice if you could adjust the treble, bass etc....

But that goal in the Cup Winner's Cup Final... you can't argue with that! (unless of course you're an Arsenal fan, which you probably are!)
Voted hot but pretty sure been at this price for months.
On paper this is exactly what I would want for a bedroom for Tidal

However some of the reviews on Amazon that seem legit seem to point towards the App and it's implementation being a bit mediocre. Amazon reviews. It's that which has stopped me in my tracks.

Had considered this but been at this price for ages already and this is an older model as mu so 2 is out, However leaning more towards AUDIO PRO Addon C10 or a Revo SuperSystem

Big fan of the Audio pro stuff, worth adding yourself to the company's website mailing list as have a lot of 20% off codes and other special offers, discounted items, I picked up my drumfire for about £520 from memory

I could also see these being new as the new model is out, Naim hates discounting stock so saying refurbs is a legitamte way to do it without devaluing brand

Why is asking if it will play 24/96 music off topic, mod?
Had one of these for a couple of years now. Amazing bit of kit with high quality build. The sound is extremely well balanced hence no requirement really for bass & treble controls. I know some will argue this point as people have different listening preferences, but get a demo if you can and you’ll appreciate the range of this. Amazing highs and lows without distortion ever. Bluetooth works well along with Spotify and tidal integration. Internet radio is also good. Highly recommended from me at this price and likely good as new. New model is well over twice this price.

Good price, especially considering it is probably new and they’re trying to get rid of old stock due to the new one being released. I bought one off eBay last year for £650. I’ve recently bought the 2nd generation one.
Better off buying a known brand.

Yes - you can never go wrong with a brand like Goodmans.
I’ve still got mine to sit my old iMac on lol, I never use it as I think it sounds really poor. Buy a pair of ELAC UB5s instead, you can easily get a an amp and Alexa for cheap, sounds way better. I got my pair for £350, not sure if you can still get them now though, but check eBay.

Thanks but don't think I'll take audio advice off someone who uses a high end hi-fi system as a computer desk.

I think this says it all in the comment. Someone who thinks it sounds poor, uses it as a desk, and streams their music through an Amazon Echo. Don’t get me wrong, I have a few Echos and like them, but this is on a different level sound-wise. Go and listen to one and you’ll see/hear !

It really isn't impressive at all, and it is so bass heavy which you cannot do anything about. As for the Echo, it's only streaming data to your (in my case) integrated amp, it isn't using it's DAC via 3.5mm and trying to power the Speaker. I've tried so many different inputs and the biggest different in quality is the speaker, the UB5s are much MUCH better than the Mu-So. Like I said I was so unimpressed with mine, I decided to just use it to put my iMac on to increase the height. I did try to use it as a Speaker for my iMac, but I found the internal iMac speakers to sound much nicer for Video... maybe not music, but for video as the Mu-So is so bass heavy. It isn't good bass either, it's like sound lacks any detail with it, where the UB5s were so dynamic... oh yeah bass shouldn't just be a one note thud.

Well we obviously have different listening standards, as I think the bass is spot on. I would describe it as ‘tight’, not overbearing at all. It’s certainly not thumping bass causing vibrations everywhere. I find the mix of bass and treble spot on and really sharp. I don’t find one overpowers the other at all.
This is one of the reasons it won so many awards and was rated so highly by the audio reviewers online and in magazines/publications, and the reason why Naim didn’t provide separate controls for bass and treble. I too like the iMac speakers which are crisp, and I certainly wouldn’t disagree with your opinion as everyone hears sounds slightly differently to others, but I personally love mine and I hate bass heavy speakers and headphones alike

Am I right that this comes with a calibration mic or app? I think you are supposed to calibrate the music output to your room.

Main is a flat earth hifi maker so I am surprised it does this but not surprised it has no bass pr treble control.

Omg, that design is amazing! So clean and minimalistic. Love it!

It sounds from my experience with the muso that you have it placed too close to a rear wall. I have found the sweet spot to be around 400/600mm from the rear wall. If its too close the bass does sound boomy. First make sure that loudness is off and the room position is set for “away from rear wall”. Then try moving it to around 400mm from the rear wall. Now try moving it a little backwards and forwards and listen for the differences in sound. I recon you’ll be surprised, it would be good to hear what you thought if you try it.

Search before speak! That's a rule no. 1! Naim Ftw
Nearly bought one of these recently but then managed to grab a slightly damaged Zeppelin wireless going on eBay for £100, at that price it would be rude not to. If I hadn't though, this or the Qube would have been bought instead.
