​These are marketed as a health food and although made with natural ingredients are very high in sugar. Any bigger and these would have way too much sugar for a healthy snack, and are probably something to have only occasionally as they are...
Incorrect, it's natural sugar which is totally different to added sugar!

​I'm afraid you need to educate yourself, both on nutrition and the meaning of the word "incorrect" Steve. Yes what you refer to as "natural sugar" is better than added, eating too much is still bad for you.

Thanks, but the size of the bar was my only gripe.....the sugar (natural or added) is what my body is crying out for as part of the recovery process (alongside many other macro and micronutrients) post-training at the gym or playing 80-120 mins of sport......a 35g doesn't meet what I need from a "snack" bar
