Whilst in no way complete ( don't bother looking for Narcos), this is a schedule for Pluto that will go several hours and days ahead. A significant upgrade on the Pluto schedule that will only show you the next 4 hours, although it will cover all the channels on show.
There might be a better source, but I have yet to find it.

You can also watch the English version of Pluto by leaving the vpn alone. There may be other selections from other countries, but I doubt it.
