How to use
EYESHADOW
Apply shadow directly on top of Tinted Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base to create full intensity that lasts all day.
Versatile formula can be used as an eyeshadow or liner, applied wet or dry.
The wide range of shades and finishes allow you to create endless looks.
Use #20 Allover Eyeshadow Brush to pack color across the lid, creating an opaque matte base or shimmering foiled effect.
Use #22 Blending Brush to deliver a soft wash of color.
Apply with fingertips for maximum color payoff.

HIGHLIGHTING POWDER
FOR SUBTLE GLOW
oUse Mie Kabuki Brush to dust Highlighting Powder along the cheekbone and blend toward the hairline with emphasis on the high point of the cheek.

FOR INSTANT ALL-OVER GLOW
oUse #15 Precision Powder Brush to apply Highlighting Powder to cheekbones.
oUse tip of brush to sweep down the center of the nose and lightly brush onto the cupid’s bow.
oTo dial up the glow, apply in a ""C"" shape from cheekbone blending above the brow bone, then apply the remainder below the brow bone.

FOR SCULPTED GLOW
oUse Ita Kabuki Brush wet to apply Highlighting Powder over tops of cheekbones in a targeted back and forth motion.
