This is an odd one....

For £10
Unlimited
UK minutes

Unlimited
UK texts

Unlimited
data

Unlimited
calls & texts.......Then.....

For £17
Unlimited
UK minutes

Unlimited
UK texts

5 GB
data

Unlimited
calls & texts....

....So for £7 more you get less data??

I checked it and noticed the same thing... Not sure why that is.

The "unlimited" probably throttles to a slow speed at a lower threshold than 5GB

Any comments on user experience ? What network and speeds , thresholds ?

from thier websites t&c

(e) Unlimited usage is subject only to a variation of speed from 3G to 64 kbit/s for usage beyond 3GB per month per SIM.

It should be illegal to do that, and for that reason I'll never go to companies like this.

Do I remember reading that either EE or O2 charge more to receive calls from people ringing from Vectone? Ask an expert

Any one have experience using this company?

Vectone resell EE, in the old days charges were higher as it was a o2 roaming sim then Mundio (Vectone/Delight) transferred customers to use Orange UK, now 50% of EE.

There are still settings with the sim you can force the old network on some phones, but it doesn't work at network level.

Anyone use these? Is this an on going offer?

Any good?

Could I just use this for tablet.. Need Unlimited Internet... Or any Reference that not expensive... Cheers

Whose network do they use?

Edit: EE apparently.

Better than Giff Gaff or Three PAYG add ons?

Is it contract or just monthly rolling? Truly unlimited data or not?

After 3giga is cut to edge or plain 3g speed.
Additional problems with everything...

For extremely cheap is ok. But I have problem with missing calls incoming.
Customer service say "nothing happens" and it's final of discuss.

Dropped lost calls is in this same phone and place where EE working OK.

cold - already posted

They change the price and plans whenever they want without notice.

Changing contract terms is no no
All are bad enough ripping us off

vectone mobile is offering a pocket saver sim for £10 with unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited Internet with cheap international calls starting from 1p a minute.

Get away from this company! They will change the rate in a few months and you will pass a nightmare to get out!

They will change the rates/prices next month. I topped up payg and call costs nearly doubled within a month, you cant ask for your money back, not interested. Be warned.

Vectone Mobile – Total Cr*p.

When is £10 only £9.993 ? - When you top up with Vectone Mobile and try to take advantage of their £10 national Package (unlimited calls, texts, data)
I bought a £10 top up and successfully loaded it on my phone. I then dialed *1001# to convert it to the National Package (cost £10) only to be told by text that I had insufficient funds and to top up again. I then checked my balance which showed £9.993 WHAT!!!!
I phoned the call centre to find out what was happening to speak to a disinterested Asian Lady who told me to turn off my phone and call back in half an hour (obviously after she had p*ssed off so she didn't have to bother explaining where my 0.7 of a penny had disappeared to). I did try phoning back, a number of times, to be totally ignored. When I finally spoke to someone (an equally disinterested Asian Male), I was told my balance was now £9.73 so I couldn't buy the package anyway. I told him what vectone could do with their fraudulent Sim Card. I have learned the hard way, if an offer looks too good to be true, IT IS, so don't waste your hard earned money.
Vectone, I hope you go the way of many other mobile suppliers, BANKRUPTSY!
