First post so please be kind. Found Natural selction extra virgin coconut oil in Home bargains today. In a glass jar as opposed to plastic. States raw on packaging. Not used this brand before, but it does has a lovely coconut smell.
This is the cheapest I have ever found coconut oil, perhaps I have been looking in the wrong places. I will let all of you be the judge.
It is fantastic on my childrens eczema.

I am assuming that this is a national deal

I spotted this yesterday and bought a jar. Going back for more.
It's great for an oil substitute when cooking and my French Bulldog gets a teaspoon a day, he loves the stuff! Even though I already had it, heat added!

Apparently it makes the hair on bald men grow - but oddly, not on their hands.

There was an article in the paper this week saying that 50 year old women can look like 20 years and apparently it also firms boobs also.. or maybe I read that wrong.

I was going to post this a few days ago. Heat added.

Great price if it is as cold pressed and extra Virgin as it claims

Yes, got this at my local on Monday.

so what section was this in? cooking or toiletries?

Original Poster

It was in the grocery bit along with the jars of peppers, tomatoes etc. It is the same as the one in the picture above.

I purchased one last Saturday in Flint and the product was in the beauty aisle, just in case you can't find it

Got some yesterday, it is ok but not as nice as vita coco. Seems to have an odd taste too but it is cheap.

"Natural Selection" do some contain a predator / poison of some kind?

It really does help with the quality of sarcasm though, you should try some

Organic ?

Apparently there's no such thing as 'extra virgin' coconut oil. It's 'virgin' but so many companies use the 'extra' that they all do it in case they lose out.

I use it for cooking, much cheaper in a large tub in Costco.

raw or processed ?

Wasn't one of those "weird old tips", was it?

That's a brilliant price, 20% less than I normally see non-organic virgin coconut oil.

Particularly great that it comes in glass rather than plastic.

Boobs or bald heads?

Seems odd that, allegedly, it can firm up boobs whilst restoring hair to bald heads. Why don't people end up with hairy boobs?

normally buy Lucy Bee but might give this a try.

Me too, ditto!

Bought the last two woo hoo :-)

I asked in my local and they said they never had it, does home bargains have different stock across the country/stores?

tried and tested myself on animals coats to add shine and it also helps with fleas and so does garlic

Yep, it all depends on what they get in. You can have two stores in the same town but with an item in one and not in the other.
