Been keeping an eye on this as quite like the concept, but was always too much. To be honest, its still a lot of money and probably more than I'd like to pay right now, but its currently selling for a lot cheaper than it has previously (per camelcamelcamel).

I quite like the idea that it uses Google Maps... something I'm amazed isn't in more cars from the factory, but that's a different story.

Below is a little summary of features but more details on the deal link on Amazon.
- Stay connected while driving with maps, calls, messages, music and car info projected directly in front of you using Augmented Reality technology - You'll never miss a turn again or the information that matters with Navdy's full color, fully transparent image that is completely visible in direct sunlight - Use natural hand gestures to answer a call and get messages with a wave of your hand - Find your destination with search powered by Google Maps and avoid traffic - Control your music on Pandora, Spotify, Apple Music, Google Play and more
Reviews are a little mixed, but seem to lean towards the positive... however there aren't a huge amount of them

£400?,

There's quite a few of these available, and whilst they look great, reviews are very mixed. I think the biggest problem is the apps that rotate your phone screen into the right place for projecting / reflecting are a bit flaky. A quick search on Google shopping find a couple of crappy ones on eBay for around £20 and Garmin branded ones for about £70. £400 is laughable.

Not sure you've really understood the product. It doesn't use or project your phone screen. It has its own projection and screen that puts the image a little in the distance via augmented reality display. It plugs in to the OBD2 socket too if you want it to show you details on how the car is driving etc. using hand gestures.

Like I said, its still quite expensive but currently much lower than it ever has been, hence it being a deal in comparison.

If there is anything similar for less then I'd be interested to get some links
Does it work in bright sunlight ?
