someones alreadt charging a tenner to the ebuyer link

honestly some people

i would paste but i dont think i can

Charging for a link to eBuyer is ludicrous - really is. Really do dislike eBay on occasions. Come on Google get an eBay equivalent up and running!.

A little concerned that this product has a 200MHz XScale Processor. Is this powerful enough for a GPS?. Thought that a lot of equivalent GPS on the market were based on a 300MHz XScale Processor. But i'm not really qualified to comment as I don't know enough about this kit.

Where can i get a voucher code maybe for free delivery lol

Delivery is free on this item Saxo

Richard:- I agree with you but that's the way some ebay sellers make money. So many offers these days in ebay for link-sale, although it may be against ebay's policy, which they never impose.

make it super saver and its free - also only 14 left now be quick

WTF --- they raised the price!?!?!?!

I said checkout and it was at the lower price, then when I go to order detail it shows a higher price!!

Woo Hooooo i just bought one, £5 delivery tho, as im wanting it quicker than the 16th which is super saver delivery.

Thanks Edi for this one.

They've put the price up :-(
50% price increase!.

Was this a pricing error or were eBuyer testing the water for a response on this product?.

Same here! Now their phone lines are closed (1900 on a Friday) and won't open until Monday!!

WTF I am so upset because I placed 4 orders and they kept getting cancelled. I called them and waited 20 minutes on hold until they finally said it was because I was using a US credit card. Then I re-order with my UK card and now they charge me wrong.

What kind of rights do we have to this? I printed out screenshots of when I checked out that shows 99.99.

seems strange the price goes up when they are down to the last dozen or so....hopefully it will screw the ebay fella tho

Hi

i managed to get one for 99.99 with 1.50 back from quid co.

Thanks edi

p.s quick note but this doesn`t appear to include the usb and drivers needed to connect to your pc, hence you can`t add poi`s unless you have it. i.e speed cameras.:-(

Hmmmm.... eBays policy. Think that I dislike just about every aspect of eBay, their sheer disinterest in removing unfair or otherwise unjustified negative feedback being foremost. The fact that they own PayPal being another reason why I dislike them. Anyway, don't want to sound bitter. eBay works for a lot of people (an under-estimation really as they're a highly successful business) just wish that Google or some other company with good ethics would give them a good run for their money. Don't think i'm the only one who feels this way. Shame eBid aren't as successful.

P.o.is are already installed i think

the standard ones are.........but you have to add speed camera locations.:)

Woo Hooooo i ordered mine at 18.55 and they changed the price at 18.55, so the lady on the phone is going to honour it at that original price of £99.99

WAHEYYYYyyyyyy RESULT !!

thank god thought i was going to be £50 out of pocket or have to cancel the order.

Im well happy now !!! managed to get through just in time on the phones.

i`d be impressed if it had the mobile camera locations which are changed every month !

Hi, Think that you might be right there but not 100% on this. One of the resellers that i'd checked earlier this evening did say that a database is pre-installed but that could be because they've pre-installed themselves. Not really sure like I say.

Sorry about that alchemista If the price was £99.99 in the basket, you still stand a chance of making a case.

£149.99 is still a cheap price ...

^^^ yep thats what i say Edi, they can check on there computer when the order was placed, all i know is the offer was taken off at 18:55

Apparently the lady said they had just got big delivery of the new batch and thats why they were selling them at that price

I have it go to this link and read down

]http//ww…83b

It says "pre installed safety camera database"

Its got a picture of a camera beside the writing

Hi, Do you think that this is specific to handtec.co.uk or are Navman pre-installing the safety camera database?. Anyone know anything about thw T1 Traffic Pack?. Thank you.

ok it will be navman that are installing the camera database, but to be safe get a cable because there are cameras going up new everywhere and you dont want to be caught out with and old database (better be on the safe side)

As for the t1 traffic pack, this is an add on that allows the user to avoid traffic conjestion, it then redirects you away from the scene in enought time, personally id wait till it comes down in price as its at £100 or more at the moment
In my experience with this all you need to do is go another direction when you come up to the traffic jam and the Navman will get you back on track and maybe avoid the cue.

This comes with 2006 new installed maps so hoepfully fingerscrossed more streets will be accessible on it, unlike the navman 530 i had which the arrow sometimes jumped off the screen as i came to a new road it didnt have installed.
